“Both dresses I ordered came on time and in almost perfect condition. Unfortunately one of the dresses was too big for my 1 year old so she wasn't able to wear it. I was stuck having to buy a dress for her last minute. The only major issue I had was having to ship back the dresses. I didn't realize until after I dropped the dresses off that it had to be by 12. You pay for 4 full days yet the dresses don't arrive before 12 on the 1st day so it's unrealistic to expect someone to return it by then. Overall, I will definitely be ordering from Raineys closet again”

“This was my first time ordering. The process was so easy. The dress was absolutely stunning. The only reason i gave it a 4 rating was because this dress was so hard to zip up it almost didn’t happen. I emailed the service department and she informed me that this zipper gives trouble until it gets past a certain point. My overall experience was great. I will definitely order from them again.”

“I thought the dresses were beautiful and would rent again. cc: I would have liked the dresses to have come steamed 2) the packaging was hard to reuse to ship back. theres room for improvement in that area for sure.”

“Very happy with the quality and condition. Was not happy though that the rental is for four days, but the items were received after 5pm on day 1 and had to be scanned at UPS by 12 noon on day 4, so it was really a two day rental and not 4. Besides that, was happy!”

“Overall experience was good. Order arrived a day late because of ups issues which added some stress. The dresses were absolutely gorgeous and in great shape. However, I can't say the same for the hair accessories. They were packaged only in tissue paper and came in a shipping bag so they arrived very flat. The bows and the flowers were so flat and not full. No matter how I tried to fluff of open them up, it didn't work. I ordered two different headpieces because I wasn't sure which would look better with the dresses and would up not being able to use either and I had to go out and buy my own bows. I feel the accessories should have better package (i.e. In a box and maybe with cotton balls stuffed in the bows to prevent them from falling so flat. ) I have to reiterate just how absolutely gorgeous the dresses are though.”

“All the items came pakaged nicley. The items were beautiful. The mint green dress came damaged. The plastic adjustable piece was broken and there was what appeared to be cake left on the tulle portion of the dress. The beaded headband was missing a jewel. We ised all the items for a beautiful photoshoot! Thank you. We will be using you again”

“The dresses arrived on time and neatly packaged. I didn't need to steam or fluff them, which was a so nice! We ordered 2 TuTu DuMonde dresses, one in size 6/7 and the other size 2/3. The size 2/3 was perfect and fit as expected. The quality was so nice and the wear/tear was minimal - honestly the dress could have passed for brand new. The size 6/7 however was ill fitting and fairly worn. My daughter is tall so naturally I expected the dress may be a little short, however it barely covered her rear. When I held up the dress next to the size 2/3 it was the exact same length overall - I checked the size tag several times because it just didn't seem right, but it was. We were using the dresses for photos so the photographer was able to disguise the shortness, however, if I would never be able to let her wear the dress in public. Also, the straps were worn looking as was the silky bow that ties in front - it appeared that it had been laundered to often or used extensively. Overall I was very pleased with the service and excited about how our photos have turned out. If I was ordering the dresses for an event I would have been more disappointed, but luckily we were able to make it work.”

“I have ordered from Rainey's Closet a few times now and love them. The only suggestion I have is that due to the flooding here in Louisiana, we had to rent the same dress and halo twice (over $100) because of the photoshoot being cancelled due to flooding and we never got to use them (not Rainey's Closet's fault) but would have been nice to have a little discount for re - renting due to national natural disasters.”
