“I love Rainey’s Closet! The selections & the option to add a coordinating head piece and/or other accessories save so much time! And I don’t have to pour over various options, struggling to make a decision. The packaging is ingenious & they couldn’t be more helpful if you have any problems. I have told all of my friends about Rainey’s Closet. I just wish I had the idea first!”

“Do not listen to any reply this company may send. My daughter has a father daughter dance NExT week and they canceled my order with one week notice. I now have to break my 3 year old daughters heart. DO NOT BUY from this company or listen to any lie they may reply to this”

“I would not even give this website one star. I rented a dress for 4 days for a photo shoot for my daughter. I received the dress on the day after my photo shoot on the day that I was supposed to return it!!! 4 days late!! I was then told I could not get a refund for the dress because I didn’t return it on time. No percentage off offered and no refund on a dress that was 4 days late?? You rent dresses to have on time for an event and I had nothing! The sales person even suggested that I reschedule my photo shoot. That’s great customer service. Do not rent from this site! “Rent the runway” has kids now I will be using that . Rude staff and even the owner emailed me with no care or concern to make things right.”

Alycia, it is always frustrating when UPS has a delay that is out of our control and we understand that. We work with customers to extend rentals at no charge if their photo shoot can be rescheduled or offer a full refund as long as the items are returned the next day. In your case they weren't so we weren't able to offer a full refund this time. I'm sorry you're disappointed in our policies.

“The dress was unwearable in the condition received as the previous renter had moved the buttons on the back two inches. Rainey's Closet initially responded to my email suggesting that I delay the wedding or move the buttons. It was very frustrating to take the dress to a seamstress a day before my brother's wedding. They have not responded to my subsequent emails. I would have expected them to take responsibility for what happened and I would have been much more understanding than I am now. I will not be using this company again.”

We were just as surprised to hear about this situation and promptly offered a refund. There was a cross in email communication because you replied to an address other than our customer service email. Once it was cleared up, we quickly processed the refund. I'm glad we were able to get this straightened out for you and I hope your daughter's looked amazing in the wedding!

“Unfortunately they had some stock issues with the original dress I ordered, so I was sent this instead. The dress was far from blush, much more ivory. I didn’t even end up wearing it at all. Really disappointed.”

“Dress in perfect condition - using listed measurements- the size we chose fit perfectly. Shipping was on time- really received early - so easy. Unfortunately had 3 flower girls - all were the same size. There was only 1 dress of each size :). So, we chose several TuTu Du Monde dresses that coordinated. They were gorgeous - much nicer dresses than I would have purchased.”

“The dress came and we love it! We also go the accessory package. The quality and care is amazing. The customer care is truly phenomenal. We were scheduled for pictures the day before the return and received my call my uncle overseas is critically ill. Rainey let us extend, free of charge, to be able to help my dad with travel and securing a passport through emergency services when my dad couldn't locate his. Not only was still I able to still take pictures of my children (photog will get her own 5 star review for letting me reschedule last minute with compassion) but have the mental bandwidth to help my family. I know it's silly but she took one more piece of pressure off me. Thank you!”
