“I found the web site easy to use, and though not all the parts I wanted were in stock, good alternatives were available. Parts arrived very quickly; there was one picking error, which was efficiently handled in a single phone call and the correct part dispatched by a next-day courier without question. I'd use them again.”

“A purchaser needs to buy from a reputable Company that has a good stock at reasonable and attractive prices, delivered reasonably quickly without hidden charges or high delivery costs. Rapid fulfils most of those criteria, except delivery normal charges and high minimum purchase which are a disincentive to purchase for hobbyists. Perhaps a balance can be found, maybe reduced delivery charges at nominal rate for a minimum purchase for "account" customers, or something similar.”

“It has been 10 days since order was sent by express postage and still no goods, I receive goods from the UK by ordinary air mail in less then 10 days. It would be good if Rapid had PayPal as an option for paying for goods'.”

“Efficient service and very 'Rapid'! Ordered late afternoon, arrived the following morning. Slightly disappointed that the Minicraft MB5001 Drill Kit no longer comes in a case. The description on the website needs to be updated.”

“The delivery was really quick and the products are working well. I suggest you to be flexible when taking orders, I forgot to order in the first order i made and when i called after a minute to add more to the first order, I was told to make a new order, If you could have added the second order of mine to the first, I wouldn't had to pay the delivery charge.”

“Good service. Goods usually arrive quickly. Postage and packing costs are off putting when one only needs a few small items i.e. L.E.D. and resistors.”

“Item as advertised, but took ages to get here. The post office always take longer than parcel services. I usually try to make an order that is parcel size so I get it a lot quicker ( usually next day as opposed to 3 to 4 days later). So Rapid good, but I wish they would not use the Post Office”
