“I have been with R.E. for a long time, and never had reason to complain about the service. However, I do miss their catalogue.”

“The prices are very competitive and the quality of the parts are good. My only disapointment is the stock level system does not seem very accurate. For example a part can say there are 32 pieces in stock but when you order the part you get a message saying that there is no stock available.”

“Very pleased with the Gratstack items I purchased. The preparation room at my place of work is very cramped and these will be extremely useful for me to place my Gratnell trays of equipment/reagents prior to taking them for use in the lab.”

“Rapid are very competitive on price, for some items, which is why I use them. The responsiveness of their customer service is excellent. I have been a customer for 2 years and would have rated them more highly, in the past. Any recommendation I might make would now be with a caveat, because they are let down by the use of the carrier UkMail. I have had significant difficulties with the delivery of my latest order.”

“They kept me up to date with the order, which was split over two deliveries. When I had a problem with one of the items, they resolved it within an hour. Well done, I will certainly use them again, as their level of care is very good.”

“Everything I needed in stock and delivered OK. My only gripe is the "Goods are normally dispatched on day of receipt of order if received before 7pm" - mine was ordered at 18:04 and was not dispatched until 9am the next morning losing me a day.”

“Pros: Excellent selection of goods, easy to navigate and purchase and quick delivery. Cons: Some items did not arrive (and they were essential items for what I needed). Website said they were in stock but on delivery, were not in my order and stated as 'on back-order for later delivery'”
