“Good range of products in the area required, slightly disappointed to see the online catalog describe my selection as out of stock, expected in 1-2 weeks. However I ordered all the same. The goods turned up within three working days. So a good response, as well as a good price and not excessive on the postage costs either. Well done Rapid.”

“Some misunderstanding about the cataloging of item 41-0840 Ossc-pw86a1b 12v White LED Bulb. The web site shows two variants, long and short. I believed that I had ordered the longer version but was delivered the short- there appears to be no difference in the references of these two items. Delivery extremely rapid but also very expensive. It would be of advantage to clients who do not require next day delivery to offer a cheaper option, for example Royal Mail Air Mail.”

“I was searching for a particular plug and socket set. This I found difficult due to the seperation of headers and plugs to fit. I did find however, the ideal solution to my problem in a pre assembled header and plug with about 9" of wiring. If you had asked me to locate the individual bits for the product I would still be looking. I need a 6 pin Molex connector for my Amateur radio power plug. I just cannot find the right one from you or a competitor due to the strange way they are catalogued. Your catalogue and the range of products you offer is very good. So please, if possible, match in the widest sense, Plugs and Sockets. Thanks for listening John”

“My order was dispatched on Friday afternoon for next working day delivery (confirmed by email from Rapid). I therefore expected the delivery to arrive on the following Monday, but it didn't turn up until Tuesday. Not a problem, I can live with that.”

“This is for a Voltcraft SMD-200 bought for qick checking of SMD reistors and capacitors. The tweezer action is good and I was pleased with the screw adjustment that prevents the tweezer being closed too tightly on the component. The quite respectable case was a bonus I didn't expect! Probably never use the long wire probes, but they fit quite easily when the tweezers are removed. The continuity buzzer is not very loud but adequate. Good big display with 12mm high numbers. Would have liked a hold function but yoiu can't have everything. Be aware that the max recommended voltage for the tweezer is 35V (up to 600V on the leaded probes). There is no current measurement available. It seems the same as the Tenma 72-8485 but a lot cheaper.”
