“I would have given a "Very Good" rating were it not for the fact that I ordered two toroids and only had one delivered, despite the packaging inside saying that there were two. To give Rapid their due, they did dispatch the missing toroid to me straight away by 24 hour courier, so as I say other than the one little error, a Good service.”

“Overall you are so much better then Maplins!! BUT do you have to send so much wasteful packaging! It makes me reluctant to use you when I get a big box (2ftx1ftx9") from you guys when all the contents could have gone in an A4 Jiffy bag (Last order)!!”

“Rapid dispatched the goods the same day as promised on the web site but unfortunately they used a carrier, UK Mail, who are not as efficient and despite the parcel having a 24hr sticker on it, they delivered it 48hrs later.”

“I've ordered several times from this company and have had positive experiences with every order. The only reason they don't get five stars is that it's sometimes a bit hard to isolate the specific parts you're looking for in their searches - there aren't extensive”
