“In general the service is very good but I've had a few poorly made items shipped that were deemed to be OK, so unfortunately that has knocked you down one peg in the ratings, without these couple of issue's, and it wasn't many,, you would have been top marks.. Regards. Lez.”

“Back ordering seems a bit haphazard on my last order. Wheel ordered direct from Bickle have arrived, sent from Germany, even though that order was placed on Bickle after my order on Rapid.”

“A very efficient service - my order, placed late in the day, was delivered first thing the next day. My only complaint is the excessive postage charge - the actual postage paid was only half of that billed.”

“Order view is a bit confusing. On my current order I've received 4 of the 6 items contained in the basket. All the item are market as being available with current stock exceeding the quantity of my order but still no information about why delivery will take between 5 and 7 days more than the other items that were delivered in 24H.”

“I like Rapid. Good range of products, their prices are competitive and delivery is excellent. The only thing that stopped me giving a very good is the lack of parametric search. Farnell, CPC and RS all have this. Be great if Rapid could get something along these lines.”

“When I was in work orders were delivered next day. I've retired, so I ordered as an ordinary "peasant" and delivery was 3 work days. That's the only reason it's not 5 stars. I've used Rapid since the early 1980s and found it to be an excellent company to deal with. Staff are always ready and eager to help and their technical service is second to none. Niggles: 1. Errors in the paper catalogue caused, I suspect, because there are so many products and changes occur frequently. 2. No warning of discontinuation of lines.”
