“Overall it’s a pretty good service and I usually have had no trouble. However the last order there was a component missing (which was promptly sent) and one of the components received, namely a 2N2222A transistor had shorter than usual leads.It looked as if it had been used but it worked OK. Hope this helps!”

“Good service. Product tracking through DHL is better then UPS or FedEx because, ulike the afore mentioned competitors, their tracking is pro-active: They kept me informed of the status of the shipment throughout the shipping process via e-mail. I did not have to initiate this process myself. However, I wish there were other shipping choices for shipping. In my circumstance, the product was not time sensitive and I would have been satisfied with a cheaper shipping alternative, thus saving myself a little money. Overall; very pleased with my shopping experience with Rapid. Sincerely, Pat”

“very quick service, great price for the item but postage was expensive as the very small item were sent in a large box with lots of packing..... item would have fitted into a small padded envelope.”

“Excellent service, all items ordered were available and with me in less than 24 hours with free delivery. Just one important item with 1-2 months lead time and then only if I ordered a minimum of 20. Went elsewhere and experienced 24 hour service for 3 of same item.”

“Decent service, good prices and range of goods. Not too much to complain about, but one or two opportunities for improvement. All but one item in my order was sent next day. One item was listed as 'in stock' at the point I placed the order, but was on 'back order' by the time they dispatched it. That's disappointing but they did sent it within a couple of days. No harm done this time, but on another occasion I could have been very annoyed at not receiving the full order straight away (given that I was lead to believe everything was in stock)”

“Very expeditious delivery. No complaints. Only improvement would be to accept PayPal to make purchasing easier. If I have a choice of retailers offering goods at similar prices, I'll always opt for the one offering PayPal.”

“These bread board jumper wires are excellant, no more missed connections because the striped end of standard single core has folded back or simply not entered the slot properly. I woud reckomend the product to any one constructing circuits on bread boards.”
