“The service from Rapid has always been great and the choice of components is growing by the day, however as a long term customer for over 10 years now I have noticed that they starting to loose their price competitive edge which you could always rely on. This is a great shame as when you see the same component cheaper else where, you start to looking around for different suppliers on other items as well. That said price isn't every thing but it can make a difference.”

“Rapid are always just that rapid. If I order in time, I generally receive the ordered items the very next day. The website is easy to use and makes manufacturer's documentation available for most items. My only criticism is that I often have to look at several alternative products before I find one that is "In stock for next day delivery".”

“Fantastically quick arriving, I ordered them Friday about 4.30 pm and they arrived at 11.30 on Saturday. All fitted and working fine by midday. I should have ordered the warm white I think as the cool white is a cold white. So far so good, but very early days.”
