“A great way to get all your electronic bits and bobs. One slight issue is could it be made easier somehow to see how many you are buying as it is easy to end up with say 1000 resistors rather than just maybe the 10 you wanted.”

“Generally very good to deal with, i had an issue once with N. ireland not being part of the UK but this happens more than you would think! Only once had an order a day later than it should have been. Only once in hundreds of orders was a part number mixed up and a call soon sorted this I think they should advertise more as for some years i was dealing exclusively with RS and Farnell In summary 9 out of 10, nobody is perfect.”

“I find the range and price are generally better than High Street. The pickers sometimes make mistakes, but customer service have always sent me replacements promptly with no fuss. My only grumble is that low-scoring product reviews seem (I don't keep a running score) less likely to be accepted... so I sometimes wonder what others have written about a product, which I consider buying.”

“For the price the MASTECH MS8233EL Autoranging Digital Multimeter is good value. The meter is a nice size, has a large readout, is easy to use and has a good protective case and stand. Instructions are not bad and there are there is good functionality with the various options. I bought it for DIYing and was my first purchase from 'Rapid'. I found ordering easy and delivery prompt, so overall well pleased.”

“Delivery was three days. £3.99 delivery charge I think is a bit steep, 75 pence postal charge and a jiffy bag ??. Components 1st class.”

“The service is good but recently I had to change password, "too weak" I found it impossible to get a strong rating and with a 26 letter password, still moderate strength I managed to get in to buy things. And that was including symbols and numbers. Ridiculous. regards Colin Floataway”
