“Superb range of components and products, good price/quality balance, you often have a choice of top of the range or economy versions of a product which can be very handy. Very often it is more economic to use Rapid than use Ebay, and with Rapid you always know what you are getting. Overall, Rapid are a very good choice for a general electronics products and tooling supplier.”

“This would be a very different score except for the way Rapid supported my needs after messing up my order. I needed a bench PSU to take offsite to a clients premises and Rapid had just the thing, so I ordered it and I received a delivery in good time. The trouble was rather than a meaty 3 Amp power supply, somehow I had been shipped a tin of foam cleaner. I rang customer services and they apologized and said they'd organize and expedite delivery of the right unit ahead of my trip. Great. No. The warehouse stock was showing 2 units but there were none on hand. I asked them to consider shipping me an equivalent alternative if it existed. Again customer services shone and after consulting technical support came back to me with 2 possible units that they would ship instead (both were more expensive than my original order but they provided it to me at no extra cost). Summary - Stuff does go wrong but Rapid give great customer service.”
