“Essentially a good service but their minimum order amount to qualify for free delivery is 50% higher than other companies.”

“Good products at very competitive prices. Service is consistently decent; accurate and fast. They don't have the all-encompassing product range of the huge distributors, but that is probably no bad thing - if they went all-out for expansion they'd probably lose focus.”

“Good supplier. Carried stock of unusual MITA trunking accessories not held by many others. Delivery good and well packed. Only slight hitch was the out of stock delay on the trunking itself, but got it eventually as promised. Added bonus of no extra charge for the backorder delivery.”

“I made an online order to collect at the trade counter. I picked it up at closing time so did not check the contents of the bag. When I got home I found one item missing. I phoned the sales line and the item was posted to me that evening and I received it next morning. A very RAPID resolution of the mistake!!”

“Good service Items ordered and in stock arrived very "rapidly" . Items back ordered arrived at differing intervals, still waiting for one item after three weeks. That said I will certainly use Rapid again. JP”

“A very good company to deal with for components and equipment. The only downside is the lack of clarity regarding VAT and free delivery. In stock components despatched quickly but longer delivery items have little visibility of despatch & delivery date.”

“I can't fault the speed of delivery as orders invariably arrive the next day. I have very occasionally received deliveries with fewer components than ordered. This has always been rectified promptly and efficiently. This is the only reason I felt unable to give a full five-star rating.”

“Useful range of products. Delivery is a bit slower than Farnell or CPC, but good pricing. Helpful staff at the end of the telephone line. Easy to set up online account. Easy to use web ordering. Overall, satisfied and will continue to use them.”

“Hi Rapid, Whilst Rapid remains the most competitive on some items, there is relatively new competition in town coming from another U.K. distributor who call themselves JPR Electronics which are very competitive and very easy going to do business with. Overall, I like Rapid but check out JPR because they are right behind you and catching up fast.”

“Simpler, faster web site than Farnell and RS. This is the main reason why Rapid will get my future business. Then only thing I dislike is the large shipping charge for small orders.”
