“Goods ordered were as described and delivered promptly”

“I am a hobbyist, so I don't buy large quantities of anything, however you do carry a lot of incidental items that I need from time to time. If I haven't ordered from you that much it is because of trying to save shipping costs I have tried to get items I could buy from you from my usual supplier. You are however, my number one go-to supplier for Weller TCP soldering iron parts - I still have 2 of these and have purchased parts for these on several occasions. When I made a complaint about wrongly labelled items delivered you dealt with the issue eventually, but I did have to persuade you quite strongly - this shouldn't be the case. Lastly you are what I would consider 'local' and I think it is important to support local businesses.”

“Good range of components at very reasonable prices. The only downside is that quite often a low cost component I need is on a long lead time, so I have to look for an alternative (which may be much more expensive!) I suppose all that means is that all the good value stuff gets sold quickly. I've had a few order errors over the years (components in the wrong bin), but these are sorted out immediately and I get the correct part next day.”

“Delivered on schedule and (unlike a number of previous orders) contained all the correct items. It was packed in an enormous cardboard box with masses of paper stuffing, all because of one particular item I had ordered - a tube of 30 dil sockets. For my puposes, a more practical package (e.g. 5x6) would have been better, and the whole order could have been delivered in a much, much smaller overall package.”
