“Delivery was fast, and the paper I ordered was very reasonably priced. I would have been pleased with my purchase if it had either been properly packaged e.g. wrapped in plastic or if deliverer had obeyed my instructions re leaving package if no one in. It was actually left in a puddle of water, and as the contents were paper and the wrapping was cardboard, the paper inside was completely damaged by being wetted.”

“Good for delivery,but returning an item needs to be improved,as you have to contact customer services in order to get a return number.This cant be done online. other companies you can return an item by filling out an online form,which gives you the return number and thus makes returning an item much quicker and easier.I had a faulty soldering iron,which was collected,but I had to contact them twice in order to get a Return number.They did give me an option for a replacement or refund.I got a refund.The main reason was that if the replacement had a fault,then returning an item was just to much hassle. This is why I have given 4 stars,as delivery was quick,They did apologize for the late reply,but all they need is a better system to return an item”
