“Pretty much everything you need is at Rapid and they're mostly cheaper than their rivals. My only issue is the delivery address having to be the same as the billing address; I live in a block of flats and I work full time so I cannot get my things sent to a place I can guarantee I can pick my things up from after work; the poor delivery guy doesn't get paid if he can't deliver and has to make a return trip to try and give me my order. Why can't private customers have their things delivered to their work or somewhere like Doddle?”

“Ordered many times from rapid, always quick delivery, never once had an issue even a late order (ordered at 19:00) turned up 11:00 the next day so I could carry on with my work no delays!”

“I have always found Rapid to be reliable and have never had any problems with them either ordering and delivering my goods. I would use them more if the £30 MOQ for free delivery was lower or like RS FREE.”

“Overall your service is very good and your staff very courteous.The follow-up action to a general enquirer was promp and effective. The only suggestion I would offer is-to encourage your courier delivery staff to include more info when leaving a "Sorry we missed you" card. Their web pages were difficult to navigate; and their help line was of no use at all.”
