“Good for delivery,but returning an item needs to be improved,as you have to contact customer services in order to get a return number.This cant be done online. other companies you can return an item by filling out an online form,which gives you the return number and thus makes returning an item much quicker and easier.I had a faulty soldering iron,which was collected,but I had to contact them twice in order to get a Return number.They did give me an option for a replacement or refund.I got a refund.The main reason was that if the replacement had a fault,then returning an item was just to much hassle. This is why I have given 4 stars,as delivery was quick,They did apologize for the late reply,but all they need is a better system to return an item”

“Pretty much everything you need is at Rapid and they're mostly cheaper than their rivals. My only issue is the delivery address having to be the same as the billing address; I live in a block of flats and I work full time so I cannot get my things sent to a place I can guarantee I can pick my things up from after work; the poor delivery guy doesn't get paid if he can't deliver and has to make a return trip to try and give me my order. Why can't private customers have their things delivered to their work or somewhere like Doddle?”

“I have always found Rapid to be reliable and have never had any problems with them either ordering and delivering my goods. I would use them more if the £30 MOQ for free delivery was lower or like RS FREE.”
