“The ordering process is easy. Great feedback on items and delivery etc. I had to wait a couple of days for items on back order as I had a big order but the information I received kept me informed with regard to the deliveries still coming. Good service and really pleased with purchases. Definitely would look to use them in future.”

“Rapid have ceased stocking a massive range of my most used components. Their selection of capacitors is now dismal and those they do have are stocked abroad! The range of electrolytics is terrible! Very poor. Pull your socks up, Rapid. We don't all want surface mount stuff!! The website is terrible for finding components and is not easy to navigate. In other respects Rapid are an excellent company to deal with.”

“The batteries I ordered came as promised, however I realised that I had ordered the wrong ones (my fault!) As your postage charge is quite high I decided not to re-order.”
