“Speed was not a particular consideration in this case. The smaller items were received the following day. The 5-7 day turnaround was no problem (Item appears to have come from Germany), but I panicked because I'm not available to receive packages on ANY Thursday! A note was made via online chat, quoting the order reference, but I was called away for another delivery on the Friday during the chat session. The final item has just been delivered (Friday) so no problems. Next time I hope to find a section to add notes about deliveries etc. This was my first order with Rapid Electronics.”
