“I ordered after mid-day at a far cheaper price (including p&p) than any where else & they were delivered the next morning. Rapid are the only ones I know where you can get the obscure wire in all the colours, Pink, Purple, Brown which are so important when doing complicated systems over several feet as it allows the circuit to be easily tracked from beginning to end. Well done Rapid an excellent product & super fast delivery”

“The service is excellent and the delivery is next day, When I was last in Colchester I popped in to Rapid to pick up a few things, the Lady at the checkout was so helpful and knowledgeable about the products that they sell, I was very impressed, The website is also great, very easy to navigate through to the item you need, and ordering and paying is a piece of cake, I recommend Rapid to anyone who is in the electronics field although they supply an enormous amount of other products, Well done Rapid, I'll be back.”

“Rapid really do deliver the goods rapidly. I usually take delivery of my orders within two days, sometimes the next day. The range of electronic components at Rapid is now much wider than that of my old supplier (Maplin) who unfortunately seem to have changed direction, away from hobby electronics and education.”

“Order was incomplete when it arrived. One item was missing. I called to report this and was told it would be investigated and I would receive an email straight away to confirm this. No email was sent. The next day I called again to report the missing item. This time more details were taken and I was given a case number. Another 2 days has passed and I've still heard nothing. I don't want an investigation, just a refund or for the item to be resent. Note: this was only a £4 item. I doubt I'll be using Rapid again based on this very unsatisfactory experience.”

“Rapid dispatched same day as ordered,unfortunately UKMAIL the carrier didn't deliver until the 4th day from ordering despite it being at the UKMAIL's delivery depot the morning after dispatch at 0415.To be fair when I called Rapidon the 3rd day they contacted UKMAIL and Rapid called me back to let me know they had contacted them.I have used Rapid many times and everything has been usually delivered next day.Its unfortunate UKMAIL let them down.
