“Range of components and prices very good - delivery ok as well - but charging extra for VAT after postage is not right - you should charge VAT first - then postage - as at present you are making extra profit on postage. But I will order from you 1st, before Maplin etc as your prices are good.”

“Very promt delivery. As i live in europe it would be good if Rapid offered a cheaper slower delivery method. At the moment they only offer a next day delivery at about £24. This does not make it economical to purchase just a few parts, i need to wait till i have a large order to make it viable and in my business sometimes i just need a few pasrts to get a peice of equipment out of the door. Many thanks and yours hopefully”

“Seems it was not all that difficult to find your way around the menus. I found what I wanted very quickly and the items arrived by post in a couple of days. Ordering was a 'breeze' especially if you have an account like I have.”

“BUT...for an item costing £3.50 I was quite upset at having to pay £8.99p which had included £3.99 p&p. I had asked my local hardware shop, Jeff's Hardware, Blaby, Leics, to get these C>K> Heavy-Duty Scissors, but they said they did'nt deal with you because you asked them to order too much (of anything). So I ended up paying more than double for these scissors.”

“Clear answer to our e-mails, very fast mailing of the goods, packing is good. The mailing to Venice is expensive, is't impossible to find a better priced arrangement? Perhaps sending it in one or also two weeks instead than in three days? Giuliana Cavaggioni”

“Really excited about the great reviews of others and the prices are very competitive, but sadly shocked when I saw the shipping charges to the Isle of Man. £9.99 FOR WHAT!!! - I can send any post from the island to the UK and they can send Royal Mail First Class to me for the same cost as mainland and I usually get it next day as well. Come on Guys. Please play fair. I'll really have to think hard before I order again....”

“The parts arrived the next day. Well packaged so all in good condition upon arrival. Could do with a little more detail on the website as some of the items I ordered were not what I thought they were, but I am quite new to this so the more experienced would not find this a problem.”

“Rapid have a huge and extensive selection of goods, many "In Stock" and available. I bought a small selection of electronic components early Friday afternoon and availed myself of their compulsory £3.99 first class post for a small jiffy bag. Delivery was slow, with it arriving on the Wednesday (5 days) which is disappointing, however, wouldn't hesitate to use them again but be concious about delivery timings.”
