“delivery was very fast and the items were of good quality though for some items I found it a little difficult finding sizes or what else came with the product etc. how ever it is a nice website to buy from.”

“This site is a real bargain for model railway enthusiasts. I bought reels of wire for my model railroad, and the price, inclusive of VAT, P&P, etc, was still less than half that of local craft shops for identical products. I bought 4 variusly coloured reels to offset the P&P, so it helps to make up a fairly substantial order. A quick check of mini switches also revealed a major saving, so this site seems to be ideal for all your electonic needs. It would help to have some technical knowledge of what you require, though, as this is assumed on the site . 'Overall rating (stars) didn't work on feedback site, but I wouldn't hesitate to give them 5 stars.”

“Excellent delivery but one component was incorrect size. This was not Rapid's fault but manufacturer had modified case size. I was offered the correct components a few days later.”

“I ordered this transformer hoping it would fit but it was just a little bit physically too big my fault for not paying attention to the specs. The support was good. So i decided to try and get a refund on the transformer as it was a return to base warranty i would have to pay for the postage which was a lot more than it cost Rapid to post it, plus there was a 20% restock fee to pay so you need to be aware of this when you purchase items and need to send them back otherwise no problem at all will not stop me from purchasing items from them again next time i will pay more attention to the specs and the small print.”

“The parts I ordered arrived very quickly, the next day in fact. The packaging was ideal and each component was in individual plastic envelopes with the part identity and my order number on the packet. The price was very competitive as well. Good service Rapid Electronics, give yourselves a pat on the back.”

“Happy with product and delivery, also had to ring them as we thought they had sent the wrong product, we were promised a call back but didn't get one, instead we got another item so we now have two and don't know if it's the correct one.”
