“Raw Generation is the REAL DEAL!! I have been an avid juicer for over 7 years now and the convenience of having someone DO IT RIGHT for you is so important! I like to juice my own; however, RAW’s recipes are delicious and save me so much time! They are the most affordable when you subscribe and it is the best thing you can do for your body! I research like crazy on what companies are delivering the best juices with the most nutrients without depleting them before they arrive and RAW is doing it BEST!”

“I started my cleanse on 2.26.24. I moderately exercise 3 to 4 times a week burning approx. 300 calories. I usually drink 4 cups of coffee a days, and don't eat all day until dinner around 7 consisting of a 5 year old approved meal. (Pizza, chicken nuggets, fish sticks etc) I crash some time between 11am and 1pm and I'm dying by 7pm and dead by 9:30. My 1 year old wakes between 5:45 and 7 every day, and I STRUGGLE to get up. I suffer from insomnia which has me up a lot at night. I started weaning into my cleanse with 2 juices and 2 meals a day. I cut my coffee to one cup in the morning with a little milk. (Usually drink almost white coffee filled with French vanilla creamer). By day 2 I had horrible body aches, j was exhausted and I just felt awful. I knew my headache was caffeine withdrawal. Day 4 I moved to 4 juices and 1 meal. Still had horrible body aches. I checked the scale first thing in the morning - 6 POUNDS LOST!!! What?!? I was still so exhausted too - when does this energy kick start?? By Saturday 3.2 I was a whole new person, I felt the energy. I was able to get up with a hop when the baby woke up at 5:45. I didn't crash during the day and by 9:30 I wasn't ready for bed yet! I was still the same weight I was 4 days in, so I assumed that was all "water weight" I weighted myself Monday and I was down another 2 pounds! I am now drinking 5 juices a day. One with a sliced apple in the morning on my way to drop my babies off at their schools. I eat a peice of chicken, salmon, steak for dinner with nothing else. And at night while I kick butt at Mario Kart I have some popcorn and a juice as a nightly "snack" I'm still losing weight even though I'm technically not following the program. I canceled my Optavia program and will stick solely with Raw Generation for as long as they're in business! I love them, I feel amazing! My only complaint is the disgusting shakes. But, my husband loves them so... whatever. He's weird.”

We would suggest if you like you could add a little bit of a banana and ice into a blender with your shakes. The banana seems to help with adding a little more flavor to the juices.🙂

“Received order so fast! It was frozen and in perfect condition. The juices are delicious! You can taste the quality. I have been juicing for 20 years and this one of the best quality juices I have had in a long time. I will be reordering as a quarterly cleanse.”

“Overall, drinks are fairly similar to competitors. This is also my second/third time doing a cleanse with raw generation and I’ve noticed that they are as effective on me. First time I bought supplies for 7 days and broke out the cleanse into a 3 day and 4 day cleanse months apart. Lost 5-6 pounds both times. This time I got a 5 day cleanse and did all 5 days with no consumption of other food and only lost 5 pounds and I was actually active this time. Additional first order came with ginger shot and this one did not. Again cleanse work well overall but a little disappointed with results as I’ve lost 16 pounds in a week before by using similar drinks but homemade as opposed to purchased.”

“I couldn’t even stick to the cleanse for 1 whole day. Taste was good. Shipping was fast and packaged well. I was expecting the cleanse to clear me out but I just peed a lot. Not sure if it was all the sugar, but my face was breaking out more. I’ll have to try it again but not really wanting to due to using the restroom frequently and my acne breakouts. However I saved some money by doing auto ship. So I’ll try the protein version and see how it goes after I finish all the other days.”

We never use added or refined sweeteners. It's a common misunderstanding that because refined sugars are unhealthy, the same must apply to the naturally occurring sugars found in fruits and vegetables, and this is untrue. Because we do not pasteurize or HPP our juices, all of the vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants are available for your body to easily absorb and help slow down the rate at which the naturally occurring sugars enter the bloodstream. Sugars and carbs from raw, unpasteurized fruit and veggies are totally healthy, as well as beneficial to the body and weight loss. If you are still concerned about the sugar, our Lower Sugar cleanse and Lower Sugar Cleanse flavors (in the Build a Box) are available as well 😊

“I liked the concept which is why I’m giving the 2 stars. However, I did get really sick from the skinny cleanse. Spent over $400 for skinny cleanse and post cleanse juices and I can’t use any of it. Kinda feel like I wasted my money”

“My husband and I did the 5 day cleanse together, the juices were tasty and packaging convenient so it was very easy- after those 5 days we felt refreshed, lost a couple of pounds, ready for a new start of clean eating.. We have another 5 days worth of juices in the freezer and plan to do another cleanse in a few months”

“I was skeptical and I was wrong. Great product, packaging and shipping. During my 5 day cleanse I lost 6 lbs. What surprised me is I kept the weight off. Juicing isn’t for everyone but for those who want to try, these juices are legit.”

“Great natural product and all flavors are very palatable. I’m not a huge fan of “greens” but I can easily drink all of them. The delivery process has been super easy. All products are still frozen on arrival.”

“I only lost 1lb and followed the directions perfectly, even down to the pre-cleanse stage. I had cravings like never before on days 1-3. By day 4 and 5, I had regained energy and strength and started feeling much better. But days 1-3 were MISERABLE, I was starving, and had no energy. To go through that and only lose 1lb… I don’t think this was worth it.”

“I did the 5 day low sugar juice cleanse. I was never overly hungry and ALL the juices actually tasted good! I lost 7 pounds, and my bloating is gone. My face looks slimmer and so does my waist. This is the first cleanse I’ve ever done where I actually liked all the juices. I would 100% do this cleanse again in the future, and would recommend this cleanse to everyone.”
