Hi! We are so sorry to hear this! Unfortuantely, partial thawing in transit is normal, especially in the summer months. As long as there is a shred of ice in the bottles, they are at a safe temperature to either consume within 24 hours or put into the freezer for later consumption. If your drinks arrived completely liquid, please contact us directly at support@rawgeneration.com.

“I loved it! There was a huge difference from the fasts I was juicing myself; for 6 days, I felt full and energized, and I could continue. Some of them tasted wonderful, and some of them tasted... healthy, as my husband would say. 10/10!”

“This was an excellent juice cleanse, so easy to do! All the juices tasted delicious and I lost 10lbs on the 3 day cleanse . I’ll be doing this again next month to maintain. It also allowed me to kick my 10 sugars in a cup of coffee habit!”

“Awesome juices, they came frozen so you can pull out what you need. The juice tastes great, love the combinations. I haven't done them as a cleanse yet, just love adding some good nutrients to my daily plan.”

“Do this cleanse at least 2 times a year and so does my husband. I usually do the ‘skinny’ and he goes the ‘protein’- oddly enough, I discovered the “less sugar” cleanse, has, obviously- less sugar, but also has the most protein per day, - so we both did that one and it was great. We could still get our work out in.”

“I feel great, more energy and less cravings. It was harder giving up the food during the pre cleanse than drinking juice without eating solid food. The juice is yummy and satisfying. I plan to do it a couple times a year.”
