“I gained weight because I was still needing something solid! I was eating low carb, a little protein. The high carbs in the drinks, I feel causes my body to not lose and to actually gain weight!🤷‍♀️”

Hi Sandra! We are very sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your experience. Our cleanses are designed to be consumed on their own. Adding in a low-carb diet would cause this to happen. When cleansing we recommend only drinking the 6 bottles a day, as much water as possible, and only raw fruits or veggies if you feel the need to snack on something. You can also have some plain steamed vegetables or a plain sweet potato if you feel like you need something more substantial. Anything more than that would affect the outcome of the cleanse.

“I did the full seven-day low-sugar juice cleanse. I have done several different types of cleanses. Overall, I had a good experience I felt less bloated, had more energy, and it helped me kickstart some good habits, I do feel that tehre was still a lot of sugar in the juices, and the texture of the vanilla and protien smoothie was a little challenging. I think the promise of several pounds of weight is a little mislading - I would consider it as the beginning of a larger change, not a goal unto itself.”

It's a common misunderstanding that because refined sugars are unhealthy, the same must apply to the naturally occurring sugars found in fruits and vegetables, and this is untrue. “I loved the 5 day juice cleanse. I was a little nervous to start it because I was afraid I was going to be hungry but I didn’t even use 6 juices a day. On average I drank four and continued for another day or two. I felt so good all week and wasn’t really craving food or coffee. I decided to skip coffee too because I can’t drink black coffee. I lost 9lbs doing the cleanse which felt amazing too. I even liked the taste of the juices which I was originally terrified of. Will definitely do it again. I have already had two friends order it!”

“The juices were very good. The 2 smoothies tasted like puke… I couldn’t even drink them. It was a waste of money getting this one and I could only drink 4 juices a day because of how bad the smoothies were. Definitely try a different cleanse.”

“I really enjoyed the juice cleanse. I did the five day cleanse because I had been eating bad recently and have a thyroid condition so the combination was making me miserable. The cleanse was not harsh and the drinks were easy to swallow as long as they were really cold. I feel so much better after this cleanse and it help start me back on the right track of eating healthy. The only downside is the price but I do feel better so it was worth it to me.”

“I have always been very active, always worked out, so on... Now I am just a little over a year postpartum. I went back to work just after 5 weeks of having my little one, by the time I get home cook dinner and take care of the little one I am drained and have no want to do anything. I did the Skinny Cleanse for 7 days and lost 10 lbs!!! But I truly comitted and went by the book I was also due to lose about 10 lbs of just bloat and wellllll having a baby belly!! Then I did the Stay Skinny Method and I am mainting that weight lose and still get to have my weekend fun. The only negative thing I have to say is the not all the smoothies are very good :/ but if theres a will theres a way and you grine and bare it LOL”

“If im being completely honest, I just couldn’t drink these. I got through three juices before quitting because of the taste. I just didn’t enjoy it really, but I saved the rest and I’m definitely going to try again. Im sure it works for a lot of people :)”

“The product arrived within 2 days of shipping and I was able to start my cleanse quickly. I purchased the 10-day juice cleanse and I followed the directions and have been enjoying each of the juices. It takes about 24 hours for each of the juices to thaw out in the fridge and they are super delicious. I wish there was an option to get the juices with no more than 2 or 3 grams of sugar, however, I have lost 8 pounds and I am grateful for not having to blend these juices myself. Overall I have thoroughly enjoyed my purchase and will be purchasing again.”

“Excellent customer service. Swift response time, showed concern and resolved the issue. My colleagues and I did the 3-Day Lower Sugar cleanse. The juices were flavorful and surprisingly filling. Strawberry greens is my favorite juice and Vanilla Greens is my favorite smoothie out of the bunch. Looking forward to trying another Raw Generation cleanse soon!”

“Delivery was quick and very well packaged. Loved all the juices, never felt hungry. Ordered a 10 day Skinny Cleanse but split it with my husband who was also very satisfied and enjoyed the product. A quick and easy mind and body "reset"! Was able to continue with normal daily routine of walking and exercise and lost about 5 lbs. Being satisfied with the results decided to order the Stay Skinny Method, which I love and makes breaking a cleanse much easier. Restocked the fridge with lots of fruits & veggies and thinking about ordering more Stay Skinny. Thanks for a great product and wonderful customer support!”
