I absolutely love the juices for the cleanses! The carrot ginger and the beet ones are my favorite! (and I really don't care for beets) I didn't love the skinny elixirs, but customer service was awesome and refunded me quickly when I forgot to cancel my auto-ship. Highly recommend!

The quality of your product is great and hard to beat. I do have an issue with my recent order. My understanding was that the order was going to be ALL soups. Upon unpacking the order from my freezer this morning I found at least half or more to be various juices. This wasn't what I had oredered...I wanted an all soup mix so that it would be more substantial and get me through the day. Can something be done to fix this? If you could send 1/2 of my last order of soup that would be fair I think.pls let me know.

This Juice cleanse ia great came perfectly packaged. The only problem i have is I purchased at 75% less with code and it came to $95 which is a great. As a middle working class and with my wife wanting to do this too I would not be able to afford regular price.The $95 is affordably price would definetly boost revenue for this company. If this was the price always i would purchase regluarly and i feel most people would too.

Juices were not good. Could not drink more than a few sips of all the flavors. I was so bummed!

I placed my order for for almost 9 days no one contacted me wither by text,phone or email to keep my abreast on when my purchased would be shipped. It took me two days to connect with someone just to find out the status of my purchase. I found my package at the entrance of my building,box partially torn.

Hi Erica, unfortunately, due to weather conditions, it seems some packages that were supposed to be delivered on Saturday were not, and are in transit to be delivered tomorrow. The juice will be fine, as it is shipped in an insulated box that is designed to keep the product frozen for up to 4 days in transit. You have to do better at getting the products to people faster. $50 for shipping and it takes 6-7 days to get to your customers is unbelievable. Fix the shipping and I may shop here again.

I can't not believe how good the juices taste. I am already on my 2nd order. Very easy to grab and go. I replace one or two meals a day with a juice, it's so easy. Packaging was excellent. I would recommend this to anyone. I woul like to have the option of picking up my order. That would be a great addition to our purchasing options

The juices were pretty good and delivered in an orderly fashion. I loved the variety. The only thing was it seemed it was a bit watered down.

My juices always arrive timely and are delicious. The packaging always ensures that they are solidly frozen and easy to pop right into my freezer. Can't wait for the new lower carb options that are coming out as well.

The juices are great. 5 star for quality. However, I would recommend you guys do a detail process map for customers who order throughout Groupon. I spent hours figuring out how to place the order, and redeem the coupon. Great costumer service.

I like the product. I do not like the fact that the delivery date isn't more flexible, and should be noticed to the recipient PRIOR to shipping it, so that if that date not longer works, it can be changed. In December, product was shipped without prior notice, DESPITE MY HAVING ASKED FOR IT, knowing that I might be out of town during the possible delivery date. Sure enough, it sat at my office for days before I got back from the East Coast... This time, I would have asked for a Thursday delivery rather than Friday, as I was planning on working from home tomorrow, but now I have to come into my office to pick up the juices. Better to send notice the week prior to delivery announcing the delivery date and providing advanced notice to change or accept it, rather than just sending it and noticing the delivery once it is already on the way. By then, it's too late. You can do much better at customer service and satisfaction -- and on allowing folks to plan when they will do their juice cleanses, and thus be more successful and satisfied with your products! -- if you set up a better notification system. -Kathy Paspalis

Hi there, unfortunately with the subscriptions, there is no way for the system to send an earlier notification. Once your order is charged, you are sent an email that your order is being prepared. Because of the day of the week and transit time being express, your order was shipped the next day to get it to you as soon as possible once you paid for it. In the future, if you receive an email that we are preparing your order, you can email us at support@rawgeneration.com to schedule a delivery. I want everyone to know how great this Skinny System is! I ordered it for 6 days and am now on my sixth day and have lost 7 pounds and feel fantastic! The juices are wonderful. The soups are very flavorful and the consistency is not too thick. The protein shakes are the best and keep me filled for many hours. I am a veteran cleanser from other companies and can now say without a doubt, RAW Generation is the best product for the quality and the cost. I will order your product again. Thank you.

There is a 3-5 business day processing time before shipping, and then 1-3 days transit time depending on your location. Based on the day of the week you place your order, it may feel like it had taken two weeks, but it would not have exceeded 5 business days in processing.
