Hi there, with all the concerns around sugar in our diets being brought to light, this is a valid concern amongst juicers. This is because juice, when found in the grocery store, i.e. your standard pasteurized apple, cranberry, orange juices, IS straight-up sugar water. It has been processed in order to keep it from spoiling, but in the process, loses all of its nutritional content. It's a common misunderstanding that because added sugars are bad, the same must apply to fruits, which also contain fructose. However... this is completely wrong. Fructose is only harmful in large amounts and it is almost impossible to overeat fructose by eating fruit. NOTHING is EVER added to our juices. It is fruit and veggies and nothing else. When focusing on the idea of taking in more carbohydrates (even natural ones found in the fruits that are juiced) is, it’s a matter of balancing your macronutrients. For instance, since you won’t be taking in the regular amount of fats and protein you would while not on a cleanse, it allows your body to process more carbs— especially without the fiber. If you are still concerned with balancing your blood sugar levels, consider drinking our juice as a supplement to your diet full of vegetables, healthy fats, and protein.

“Second time doing the protein cleanse, second time loving it. I'll be coming back. I'm hypoglycemic and this is the only cleanse I've found that won't wreck my blood sugar. “I ordered the cleanse that included the soup, juices and protein drink. I couldn't even drink the soup and protein shake as the taste was just too yucky. I have been using the juices for over a year and like the taste of the juices but not the soup or the protein drinks.”

“I choose the five day cleanse and I couldn't have been happier. I was made aware of when the product was to be delivered and came as promised. It was securely package and frozen solid when I opened it. The how to use instructions were easy to follow and left no doubt in my mind on how to start the program. The product itself was very flavorful and I enjoyed all the drink varieties. Raw Generation is a quality company and I would recommend the cleanse program to anyone”

“I was kind of skeptical when ordering this because I have tasted some in the past and did not like them at all and it was very tough to finish them. However, these were all very tasteful and went down well. I lost about 12 pounds on the 5 day skinny cleanse. I will definitely come back here when I am ready for my next cleanse!”

“Absolutely loved the 7 day cleanse. I felt amazing and had a ton of energy. I was actually sad that it was over. I did lose 7 lbs but I didn’t do it for weight loss. I wanted to give my body a break to let it heal after having a baby 8 months ago. I highly recommend this to anyone who needs to get rid of toxins and boost their energy.”

“I loved the juices and I feel awesome. I only planned to do 8 days but I had left overs so I went 9 days. So happy and feel great! I recommend them but plan to wait for the delivery.”

“BEST JUICE CLEANSE!! Overall, the taste and flavors were great. There was not one of the juices I did not like or had to gag down. I had increased energy and my body felt clean and light. I have tried other brands for juice cleanses such as JUS by Julie and Creative Juices, but Raw Generation was by far the best. I will only purchase cleanses from Raw Generations from now on.”

“The skinny cleanse and 80/20 juices were pretty good The keto drinks were undrinkable for me due to the bland flavor and pulpy consistency. The product was also not shipped in a timely manner on the auto ship to stay on the program more than a week. The company offered me a complimentary week of another product and also an additional week of the 80/20 that shipped late. Good customer service, but with any food product not every flavor works for everyone and they are working with me to make my experience a good one.”

“I do a juice cleanse once a year. This is the first time I have used Raw Generation and I have to say, though I didn’t lose the guaranteed 10lbs after the 7 day cleanse as advertised, these were the best tasting juices and are my favorite ones to date. I would use this product again. My energy level was amazing and I even had people who had no idea I was on a cleanse tell me that I was glowing! Must mean something was going well.”
