I ordered my juice over 3 weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived. Finally received a shipping notice 2 days ago. Tracked my package and it says it should be here in another 2 days. Seems like a ridiculously long time to ship it initially and then it is expected to remain frozen until ready for use, pretty difficult when it takes 4-5 days to arrive!

Hi there, you ordered your juice on 2/17, which was a Saturday. Weekends and holidays do not count as business days. The normal processing time is 3-5 business days, plus 1-3 days transit time depending on your location. You are a 3-day transit, your order was shipped on Monday, 2/26, which was the 5th business day. It is in transit now scheduled to be delivered today. The FRESH juice is shipped in a specially designed insulated box that will keep it frozen in transit for up to 4 days if something happens with FedEx and your package is not delivered. Your juice will be frozen when it gets to you. Hi there, your order is in transit scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. The normal processing time is 3-5 business days, that does not include weekends. You are an express shipment (3-day transit) which can only go out on Mondays and Tuesdays. You ordered on a Tuesday, which pushed your order back to the next week. The normal processing time and rules regarding express shipments to the Pacific time zone are notated when placing your order. We apologize for any inconvenience or false expectations.

The 3-day protein cleanse was easy and effective. I highly recommend following each of the colorful choices with one of the creamy choices and staying on track to have one every 2 to 2.5 hours to keep from getting "hangry." Definitely will do this clean program again!

Customer service could have been better. Took almost a week for me to get a tracking number. I’m not sure if that’s expressed on their website but it should be. The only reason I’m giving them 3 instead of 1-2 stars is because when I finally did get my tracking number I received the package the next day. And they were frozen solid when I got home. Price is good too. But it’s a no for me on purchasing again.

I absolutely love the juices. My most favorite was the Carrot juice. So Amazing! They all came fresh and frozen.

I received an order last week, but I didn't place it. I must be on some sort of subscription. I sent you an email trying to cancel it, but I received no reply. I also do not have an account to log in to your site. Please send me some sort of response and a confirmation of my account being closed.

Hi Tifani, it seems that when you placed your order back in November you signed up for an every 12-week subscription. I went ahead and made sure the subscription was canceled so you will not receive any further shipments.

I got the skinny cleanse and let me just tell you, DONT TRY IT. It was the biggest waste of money due to the fact they were the most awful things I’ve ever tasted. I had to hold my breath everytime I drank one and pray I didn’t need to breathe through my nose during the process. I only made it through one of the three days and now I’m sitting here. Still fat. With two days worth of nasty cleansing juice in my fridge. Highly do not recommend this product

Hi there, we're sorry to hear that you weren't the biggest fan of our flavors. Unfortunately, one of the drawbacks of eating a diet rich in processed foods, dairy, gluten, sugar, and meat is that it can affect our tastebuds and hinder the way fruit and vegetables taste to us. It takes time for your body to detox and reboot before your palette begins to experience fresh fruit and vegetable juice the way that nature intended.

Really, really good. My hectic schedule doesn't always allow me to be as proactive as I'd like to be about eating healthy. But I've been experiencing digestive issues that mean I need to make clean eating a priority. With Raw Generation I have absolutely no excuse. I've not tried a flavor I didn't love. Fresh, delicious AND good for you -- what's not to like. :-)

When the three day cleanse was over, I wished I had purchased the 5 day cleanse. This was not my first time purchasing a cleanse, but it was the first time I purchased from Raw Generation. These juices taste better than all the cleanses I have purchased previously. I also let my husband taste them and he loved them as well. We both decided to purchase two more. I can't wait until they arrive.

I was told my juices would arrive Saturday; they didn't arrive until Tuesday. This was beyond frustrating because now I have to store the juices in my freezer for a few weeks because I now don't have a three day window that works to do this. You should refund the shipping costs.

Hi Casey, we are very sorry for this inconvenience. We did ship your package with a scheduled delivery on 2/17, but for whatever reason, FedEx did not make the delivery and added transit days to the package. Unfortunately, what FedEx does with the package once it leaves the facility is out of our control, but we do apologize for the inconvenience. I bought the cleanse from Group-on. I learned that the shipping was more than the product I bought on Group-on. I was even more frustrated that I had to order my bottles separate. I had to call Group-on because the cost of shipping was way more than I was told on your site. Group-on was able to go in and help me with this issue. Still the shipping was way too much. I have never paid so much for shipping. I only had the money to pay for the shipping for one set. They have not arrived yet. They should have arrived by now. I will have to wait for my next check to buy the other set. My husband and I were going to tackle the cleanse together but because the cost of shipping we will not be able to do this. I will save and get the other cleanse shipped next month. I will not go through you again. I will just go to a heath food store.

Hi there, unfortunately, the shipping costs to UT are very expensive. This is due to the product being perishable, frozen, very heavy, shipped in a specially designed insulated box, and also must go express to arrive to you in enough time to keep the product frozen in transit. Unfortunately, we can only ship express packages on Mondays and Tuesdays, so this also adds to the weight time. Your order is in transit now and is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. As far as future orders, we also sell our products on Amazon.com for one set price and free shipping no matter where you are located. This would save you some money in the future.
