I would highly recommend this product! I did the 3 day skinny cleanse and lost 7 lbs. I feel great and I want to continue using it!!

At first I was nervous about trying this and not liking it or not being able to stick to it. It was AMAZING the juices were so yummy and filling! I feel great! Just ordered the 6 day one, wish i had to the first time! Definitely worth it will be ordering often! Great way to help give me the push i needed!!

The juices are okay.. not exactly great like a lot of other reviews Stated. Fairly small in size compared to other juice cleanses I’ve done. Got the skinny cleanse out of them all the energy and endurance tastes the best thankfully Bc you get the most of those.. it did work for a good cleanse/boost if done correctly. I won’t be finishing all of the juices due to taste though and won’t purchase again.

Hi there, tracking information says your order was delivered yesterday. We apologize for the shipping delay. Unfortunately, we had bad weather stopping us from being able to ship for 3 days which resulted in a delayed shipment. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience.

Still have no received the juice- I know there was a delay due to the snow last week but, now once it comes I can’t try it for another two weeks due to travel.

I purchased product in December. I have it time due to holidays. A week later after the 1st still nothing. I sent an email asking for an update and did not receive a response. I sent another email no response. I stated in going on a trip and wanted to make sure the product had a shipping status. No response. Finally got a shipping number but it's only for the label. The email states it will be delivered in 24 hours. This was as of Monday it's Wednesday and it has not shipped out or has been received by fedex. Sent another email, sure I will not get a email back. Disappointed, feels like a horrible scam.

We shipped it out yesterday and it is in transit to be delivered on Saturday. I got the email promotion and figured I would try the soups. I enjoyed them more than I thought I would! Just what I needed after indulging during the holidays. They were delivered 2 days after I ordered them.

Great cleanse! Most everything tastes fabulous! I had great results, the only thing is I was excited when alot of people said they had amazing energy. I'm not sure if I had energy since I had killer headaches the whole time and only wanted to sleep.

Shipping cost are ridiculous. You spend $3-$4-$500 and still have to pay another $50 for shipping. Ridiculous. Last purchase from this company

Hi there, we do apologize for the expensive shipping. It all depends on what you are ordering and where it is going. The heavier and further it is traveling the more expensive it is. We offer free shipping on Amazon.com with one set price and free shipping no matter where you are located.

I've done a juice cleanse once before and it was horrible. I was skeptical to try again but I wanted to start the year off on a positive note. I am on day 5 and I feel amazing... I'm doing the protein cleanse and all the juices taste good and have given me the energy I need to get through the day. I just reordered and set up automatic deliveries going forward.

Not that this review is strictly based on my customer service/intranet experience as I have not yet tried the product. I placed my order 12/27 and selected a delivery date of Jan 2. I assumed there would be no deliveries on New Year's Day and I wanted to get started as soon as possible (I was doing this with a friend who ordered after me and received before). I received an email on Jan 2nd with a tracking number that said the expected delivery would be Friday Jan 5. I reached out to customer service to confirm and to also ask what I selected for my shipping information. If a mistake was on my part I wanted to make sure I didn't make the same mistake for future orders. I did receive an email back within 3 hours (which was fast considering this was after hours). However, the response I got was expected delivery was scheduled Jan 5th. I sent a message back asking the same questions and requesting more information on shipping information (for future reference) and still have not received anything back. I feel pretty confident in my abilities to order things online but I know accidents happen. So I'm most displeased with customer service and/or website interface. I will be willing to revisit my review after I receive my order.

We are on a shipping delay because of the local blizzard in our area, FedEx has not picked up or delivered yesterday or today so it is causing a delay in shipping.
