“Protein cleanse delivered today - right in time ! Went into my freezer. Will use in a few days. I think it is gonna be good!”

“Not that this review is strictly based on my customer service/intranet experience as I have not yet tried the product. I placed my order 12/27 and selected a delivery date of Jan 2. I assumed there would be no deliveries on New Year's Day and I wanted to get started as soon as possible (I was doing this with a friend who ordered after me and received before). I received an email on Jan 2nd with a tracking number that said the expected delivery would be Friday Jan 5. I reached out to customer service to confirm and to also ask what I selected for my shipping information. If a mistake was on my part I wanted to make sure I didn't make the same mistake for future orders. I did receive an email back within 3 hours (which was fast considering this was after hours). However, the response I got was expected delivery was scheduled Jan 5th. I sent a message back asking the same questions and requesting more information on shipping information (for future reference) and still have not received anything back. I feel pretty confident in my abilities to order things online but I know accidents happen. So I'm most displeased with customer service and/or website interface. I will be willing to revisit my review after I receive my order.”

Hi there, I do apologize if you did not get an answer to the email, we do reply to every email as soon as we possibly can. We are on a shipping delay because of the local blizzard in our area, FedEx has not picked up or delivered yesterday or today so it is causing a delay in shipping. “Raw Generation Protein Cleanse is AMAZING! My husband and I are on our second cleanse and just signed up for once a month delivery. I have never felt better during and after the cleanse! The juice is delicious as well! We even just gifted a cleanse to our close friends. The service is also impeccable. I can recommend this highly!”

“Raw Generation has gained a customer for life! As if them having a superior product wasn't already enough, they also happen to have awesome customer service to top it off!! During the holiday season I had 2 packages stolen from my porch, one from Raw Generation and the other from another major company that I won't name (but it begins with an "A" and ends with a "N"! Lol) The other company said they would call me back that upcoming Monday but they didn't, they just returned my money but ummmmm yeah.....I still wanted the product that I had ordered as it was a Christmas present for my mother! Had they followed up like they said they were going to we could've resolved that but anyhow.....from the very first email that I sent Raw Generation informing them of the situation they never stopped emailing me or following up with me! They were determined to ensure that I got my order and that I received it as soon as possible. They even followed up after I received my order! There also was a mix up with a different order and I received the same awesome customer service that I had received before. I already loved their juices before these situations happened and knew that I would purchase from them in the future. After those situations I knew that I would be a life-long customer. This review in no way expresses just how awesome the customer service is! This review would have to b a lot longer and I'm pretty sure you're tired of me already! Lol”

“My boyfriend and I are doing the 3 days ( 6 juices per day) cleanse and so far so good. It's so easy to follow, we got a little hungry during midday, so we had a garden salad with a light dressing and lemon water.”

“Excellent service. The staff was able to get my juice to me just in time for my trip out of town for my wedding! I did a modified cleanse with snacking for three days. I’m not a huge fan of carrots but I was able to easily drink the Beauty and Brilliance juice. It grew on me everyday. As I prepare to walk down the aisle today, my skin is glowing and my tummy is flat. Thank y’all so much!”

“I am a big fan of the product and love the option for the Protein Cleanse. The juices are delicious and the protein mix definitely keeps you satisfied and is wonderfully suited for an active lifestyle. Additionally, the customer service and support is outstanding and willing to help with any issuing, including shipping problems.”

“This cleanse was super tasty! I felt great during the entire 5 days. My order came as expected on time and still very frozen. I use my cleanses to debloat and I lost 6 lbs. during the 5 days. The juices were so tasty that now I have a subscription! All of the juices were very flavorful and not overwhelming at all. I loved them so much I'm ordering a cleanse for my mom as a xmas gift.”

“All of the soups and protein cleanse juices are surprisingly delicious. This is coming from someone who is not a green juice fan. Im drinking the one with collard greens in it and it is great! Easy way to cleanse. Ships fast and frozen. Will definitely be a repeat customer.”
