Hey Daniel. FedEx is a bit crazy during the holidays. We did get your order out the day after you ordered it, and it says it was delivered on Saturday, 12/9. If you did not receive your order and your tracking information is showing false information, please contact me directly at support@rawgeneration.com so we can rectify the situation.

“This company has the best products! They are always fresh, taste amazing, and really help reset the body and jumpstart weight loss! The protein cleanse is my favorite, you feel so full and you don't feel like you are depriving your body. The drinks taste amazing and give you long lasting energy!”

“I ordered a package of the juice and a package off the protein drinks. 18 of each. I only received 5 protein drinks and was short 1 drink. Not very impressed.”

Hi there, you ordered a 3 day skinny cleanse and a 3-day protein cleanse.The protein cleanse is made up of half juice and half protein, so you should have gotten 9 protein smoothies. “So far I love the juices! I’m on day three and although i haven’t weighed myself yet i have dropped a lot of inches! The taste is much better than I expected.... I will be ordering more soon to help with my diet. The only downfall is the shipping is ridiculous! $33!”

Hi there, unfortunately, the shipping is pricey because it is a perishable item, it is frozen, it is shipped in a specially designed insulated box, and the package is very heavy. We do have free shipping options available on Amazon.com. Depending on where you live and what your shipping comes to it may be cheaper to order on Amazon in the future. :)

Hi there Jose, the tracking is showing that all of your boxes were delivered. 2 on Saturday 12/2 and one was delivered today 12/7. Please contact me directly at support@rawgeneration.com if you did not receive all 3 boxes.

“I was asked to write a review after placing an order two weeks ago. My shipment has never been received and the tracking still reads that it is waiting to be picked up in NJ. I've heard great things about Raw Generation products, but so far my experience hasn't been stellar.”

“The green juices are delicious. I also ordered the skinny elixir to try this time. They help me to do a re-set when I start to feel my eating habits start to slip! I also suffer from a gluten sensitivity and that can send my belly into a whirlwind. Drinking these for a few days always gets me feeling right as rain. I had a few hiccups with my order this last time, due to the volume of holiday deliveries. I spoke with Raw Generation several times and they made it all good and did it quickly. :-)”

“Raw Generation's customer service is enough to want to give a 5 star review. However, the quality, flavor, and effectiveness of the juices makes it necessary. I ordered over a holiday break and forgot about a vacation I was taking shortly after. I emailed customer service and got an immediate response regarding my shipping. Alison was able to get my juices the day before I left for holiday so I could freeze them and not waste money. I ordered the protein juices and maintained my workouts of 3+ mile runs and body-weight strength exercises. I felt rejuvenated after the juices and completely ready to continue with a clean dieting. The 3-day protein package was the perfect kickstart to my goals.”

“All of the juices are absolutely delicious. I did the protein cleanse and the protein shakes are very filling, I rarely felt hungry and if I did, had another juice and I was fine. Started feeling better after 2 days, bloating was gone, more energy, slept better (and I lost 5 pounds- woohoo!). I will order again. Thank you!!”

“Arrived in a timely manner, the juices tasted better than other cleanses’ I’ve done. However, most other “skinny cleanses” contain a coconut/cashew milk drink to add protein, which I love. Found it more difficult to exercise effectively compared to others—but that could very well just be an isolated reaction. Overall, I will use Raw Generation again but would maybe try a different cleanse option.”

“The juices are pretty good. I felt very energized after the 2nd day. The first day was tough but not impossible. The juices keep you full. I personally used 3 to 4 per day. I absolutely recommend this to anybody looking to lose some weight.”

“Difficult to use Groupon. Several phone calls to get activated. Then separate online order process to get shipping. Shipping $35 extra (but still a good price). Customer service always friendly, however, product did not arrive when requested even though I received a fedex tracking email saying product had shipped. New estimated arrival is about 1 week after I requested it. Which meant I couldn't do the juice cleanse when I wanted to before Christmas. I'll update review once I've had the opportunity to try the product.”
