Customer service terrific. The tomato basil soup has too much basil. If it was reduced or pepper and garlic or added it would be amazing.

I recently did the 5-day juice cleanse, I was pleasantly surprised by how good and easy the cleanse was. All of the juices were delicious, I felt so full every day that I didn't miss eating at all! I feel great, I'm more focused, have tons of energy and feel refreshed!!! Amazing!

Hi there! We do apologize for the high shipping cost. We suggest also checking us out on Amazon.com for a set price and free shipping no matter where you live! Because you live in Colorado it is extra pricey to ship it all the way out there, so ordering on Amazon would more than likely be more value to you!

Started out rough going to drinks and fruit/veggies. But on the last day the body had become used to it. Now I can just keep my food intake on smaller and sensible portions to keep the weight off with the exercise. Don’t think I could go the 5 day but I think it definitely helps just with the 3 day good all around cleanse.

I bought the juices to start over the weekend and was promised a Saturday delivery. I was not notified that a special order had to be done and my order would not be delivered until the middle of the following week. We are enjoying the juices but a notification email would have helped. But the juices arrive fresh frozen as promise and take delicious

Hi there, sorry for any inconvenience. I do not have any record of a conversation with you so I apologize. You placed your order on a Friday after 2 PM, so anything that is placed on Fridays after 2 PM are sent out the following week according to age, which is why yours did not go out until Tuesday. In the future please allow 3-5 business days processing time, or text or email immediately after placing the order to schedule the shipment. Thanks!

I received my juice very promptly and I must say, I am loving it. It's so much easier to grab and go, than to juice and assemble on my own. I'm so thankful for the Raw Generation team that stumbled into my fridge!

Life changing. Loss 15lbs in 7 days. It gave me just the reset I needed to get on a more balanced diet regime and the proper intervals of eating throughout the day. I will be doing the Skinny Cleanse every quarter. And will continue to drink the green juice daily. Oh and did I say that it also tasty! Plus the customer service is great as well as a really informative website. Worth every dime. Nice mind and body experience! I have recommended to about 20 and counting loved ones.

I was excited for this and loved the website/blog however I was let down with the juices staying rock hard frozen for an extra 5 days and the lack of help from customer service upon sharing this. I really wanted to like this but had a bad experience and was disappointed.

Hi Taylor, I know we spoke yesterday. I just wanted to apologize again for your juices not defrosting. As I said, refrigerators are sometimes too cold for thawing, in the future I would leave them on the counter to thaw, and then put them in the refrigerator once completely thawed.

Not super awesome. Nothing would defrost and it was a slushy. Probably won’t do it again.

Hi there, sometimes refrigerators are too cold for the juice to properly thaw. You can try running them under hot water or putting them in front of a heater with a fan on them. The best way to defrost the juices is on the counter overnight in a cooler, they are usually perfect consistency by morning 😄 Sorry for any inconvenience.

My husband and I love your juice products and have lost 5 pounds in my first five day cleanse without exercise, imagine if I had worked out. My orders have always been shipped quickly and still frozen which is amazing. The only change I would recommend is having a live person answer your customer service line instead of a voice mail. I've called on separate occasions at different times and no one answers the phone. I only left a message once which I did get a call back the same day but it still would have been more better if I could have spoken to someone live. Other than that, great product and my kids like the beet and carrot juice, any vegetables I can get my kids to eat or drink is a plus. Thanks The Workeman"s

Hi there, I apologize for not having someone answer the phone. We do have a customer service representative to answer phone calls on from 9 AM to 9 PM Eastern Time Monday-Friday.
