“Raw Generation offers a wonderful delivery service of juice cleanses. I love the option of having juices delivered directly to my home. The staff is very accommodating and professional. The only downside, is the misleading advertisements for the size of the juices. Nowhere in the Skinny Cleasne, is it listed that the bottles at 12 ounces each, not 16 ounces.”

Hi there, we do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We made this change over a year ago, and it was up on the website for quite some time about the new change. The change was made for a number of reasons in order to keep our customers happy. We were receiving complains of the sugar and calorie intake with the 16oz bottles, so in order to revamp the recipe and have it have less sugar and calories, yet still keep the same great taste, we did have to reduce the size. As I had noted before, the change was notated on the website for a while when we first did the change over a year ago and is still on the pictures of the bottles with the labels reading 12 fl oz. You said we had offered you a complimentary 6 pack, which we had sent out to you as quickly as we could have, I apologize for the delay in receiving it. If you would like us to send you some complimentary juices of your favorite flavors we would be more than happy to do so. “Today is my last day on the 5 day skinny cleanse! This juice cleanse was absolutely amazing. I feel amazing, I lost weight and The juices tasted great so that made it much easier. I have recommended this to so many people and I will definitely be partaking in this cleanse again!”

“Almost all of the juices were easily drinkable except the carrot, ginger drink. It would be easier and better to drink if there was another fruit in there that could make it taste better.”

“They came as soon as it said it would be delivered ! As well the juices so far tast really amazing and fresh though the amount of sugar in them freaked me out but hey its better then what I usually consume. Overall packaging and delivery were fine my juices were all still frozen when it got delivered to my door. Results arent in yet because I just started my cleanse ! DAY 2”

“Doing the protein cleanse. Juices are very delicious. My favorite is carrot/orange/ginger and cashew/date/vanilla/ cinnamon. I wish they didn't have so many carbs. 3 day started feeling very weak when I got up in the morning. All and all, would recommend”

Hi there, we do apologize on behalf of FedEx for them leaving the package like that. Unfortunately, we do not have much control over what FedEx does. My suggestion would be to next time you place an order and have the tracking number sent to you, you can contact FedEx later that evening with the tracking number and give them directions about when and where to deliver. I believe they also have a FedEx app that you can do all of that just in the app without having to call. I hope this helps! And again, we apologize for the inconvenience.

“I have had such a pleasant, smooth experience with RAW Generation. I chose the subscribe & save option for 4 consecutive weeks (you can't beat the price!) for the 7-Day Skinny Cleanse- I saved so much money and all my orders came on time. I personally decided to wait till all 4 orders came in so that I could have all my juices ready to go for my month long cleanse. Im on day 2 and loving all the flavors and freshness of the juices! Also, great customer service whenever I had questions and quick and easy to cancel the subscribe & save subscription once all my orders came in. I will definitely be ordering from them again in the future! Thanks so much!”
