“All the protein smoothies and juices are tops! They come frozen and take only a day to defrost. They are all so good, it is hard to pick a favorite. The best part, they really help me to stick with my eating plan and I am losing weight, finally!”

“I found these juices not to be as filling or as tasteful as other brands. I won't reorder because when I juice I like to have more satiety. I finished all 5 before 4 pm and was still left hungry. Overall they are very watery in consistency. I prefer a slightly thicker drink not a smoothie but not watered.”

“Delicious but I had a terrible allergic reaction, could only do the first day, then took 4 Benadryl, projectile vomited, was itchy all over my body, thought I was going to die. Didn't think it was a good idea to drink days 2 and 3.”

“This has the best tasting juices, for this type of cleanse. I've done a couple before and could not get down some of the juices! All of these are easy to drink and I love the way you can pick what you want. I've added raw veggies & nuts, as well as fruit to give me a bit more substance so that I can work out... I did a five day skinny cleanse and have lost 5 lbs!”

“Loved the program. Was not hungry for the full 3 days. All shakes were tasty and 6 a day was enough to kill my appetite. Wasn't thrilled to have to pay $35.00 for Fed X delivery however. And I would say I lost at least 5 pounds for the 3 days, and maybe more. Next I would like to do the 5 or 7 day diet when the price is right and I don't have to pay that $35.00 Fed X charge.”

“I have now done both the juice cleanse and the protein cleanse. Most of the juices are very good. However, the protein shakes were terrible. They are very chunky. I had a hard time being able to get them down and keep them down. I would not order the protein shakes again.”
