“My husband and I love your juice products and have lost 5 pounds in my first five day cleanse without exercise, imagine if I had worked out. My orders have always been shipped quickly and still frozen which is amazing. The only change I would recommend is having a live person answer your customer service line instead of a voice mail. I've called on separate occasions at different times and no one answers the phone. I only left a message once which I did get a call back the same day but it still would have been more better if I could have spoken to someone live. Other than that, great product and my kids like the beet and carrot juice, any vegetables I can get my kids to eat or drink is a plus. Thanks The Workeman"s”

Hi there, I apologize for not having someone answer the phone. We do have a customer service representative to answer phone calls on from 9 AM to 9 PM Eastern Time Monday-Friday. We do only have one line, so if we are on the phone with a customer it will direct you to our voicemail in which we call you back as soon as possible. Again we apologize for any inconvenience! “These juices tasted great. They arrived still frozen and tasted very clean and fresh. I would recommend a 5 day cleanse to anyone who wants to reset that digestive system.”

“I've been ordering juices from this company for over a year, and they made a mistake last week. After alerting then of this error, they made an offer to rectify it within 12 hours and followed through with their solution within a few days. Awesome, just awesome!! Thank you!!”

“Customer service and or communication is poor. Juice is good. But the membership program is a bit bogus since there is so much charged in shipping that seem very, very excessive. But, i like the juice and for now will continue with some flavors.”

Hi Alison, we do apologize for the high shipping cost. Unfortunately, because the package is so heavy, perishable, and shipped in a specially designed insulated box, that all adds to the shipping costs. Also, when your order is going to CA it needs to go express to make it in time for the juice to still be frozen when it gets to you. In the future I would also check us out on Amazon.com, where it is one set price and free shipping no matter where you are, that would probably save you some money. Hope this helps!

“This was my attempt at a juice cleanse. Raw was definitely a great choice to begin with. The package arrived within a couple days frozen inside a styrofoam container. The juice did take longer than expected to thaw however. I was able to start the cleanse a day after I received the package. All the flavors were very tasty except for the protein coconut vanilla(I just really dislike coconut). I was pretty satisfied from drinking just 5 of the 6 juices. I did find myself really wanting to just chew on something. So, I nibbled on veggies and fruit when the urge was unbearable. In all I was able to drop 7 pounds in those three days. I feel great and may do another one next month. This product is highly recommended for anyone looking for a great 3 day juice cleanse that will leave you satisfied after each day.”

“This is my 4th day of the 5-day skinny cleanse and apart from juice I have just been having Raw salad and a Boiled egg in the evening but I don't seem to have lost any significant weight. To be exact its just a pound. Please suggest a solution to this. I am sticking by the instructions but I am a little disappointed.”

Hi there, so sorry to hear about your results. Maybe try cutting out the egg at night, or if you put avocado in your salad, those tend to be not the best raw veggies to eat because they are high in healthy fats, but fats none the less! Also, make sure you are getting down as many bottles of juice a day as possible, and if you are a regular coffee or tea drinking you should not cut out the caffeine. Hope this helps!

“Customer service was AWESOME! Only issue for me was the flavors of the juices themselves, only about half of them could I stomach, so I feel there is a lot of wasted money as I will be dumping quite a few bottles.”

“The process to order was easy and fast. My items were delivered on time and well packaged! Customer service seems to be a big deal for them, I’ve received emails and a letter in package stating that if anything is wrong they would fix it immediately! “I tried Jus by Julie before and had some decent results, but saw this Raw juice and wanted to try it. day 5 just finished and drank six juices a day only no other food or drink and in 5 days lost close to 9 lbs or more, these juices were much much easier to drink, not as chunky as the Jus by Julie and much better ingredients, will do it again!!”
