“I called several times and no one ever called back. When I received my juices I was super excited. All of the juices I have defrosted so far are packed with bits of sediment ALOT more than I am accustomed to from other companies. On the third day of taking my juices to work the juice bag I bought from the company ripped open and I can not use it anymore. The bag can hold up to 6 juices, 5 were in it at the time. There is so much sediment in these juices that the amount of fiber I am consuming is effecting the level of benifit I can get from this cleanse. I spend most of my check purchasing ALOT of your product in hope that I would be able to relax my system but I'm not sure how I feel anymore. I choke from all the sediment in each juice.”

“The juices seem very fresh and healthy. You do have to like those vegetables and fruit in there because that is exactly what it tastes like. You can taste every ingredient which is cool because you know you are getting what they said is in it! I wish the cost/shipping wasn't so high because i would like to continue them. I understand why the shipping is so high because everything is frozen making the package heavy. If it wasn't frozen then they would go bad. Overall, love the product, will probably purchase again!”

“I loved the 3 day protein juice. I lost 4.8 lbs (without exercising), the flavors were good and I was never hungry. I convinced 3 of my friends and my husband to do it also and I am ordering the skinny detox next. I can't wait!”

“I actually haven't enjoyed my juices yet. I convinced my fiancÃ© to do the cleanse with me so we ordered his on 12/31 and have yet to receive his shipment. It is now January 10th and I haven't heard anything about it.”

“I had done the skinny cleanse in the past and had a great experience and was excited to do it again. However I was very disappointed. I was made physically sick from doing this cleanse, I would wake up with headaches that would make it almost impossible to get out of bed and it seriously messed with my stomach both during and after the cleanse. I followed the guide for the cleanse both times and had radically different experiences, so I'm not sure what they changed, but I am sure I will not be using Raw Generations products again. And I tried contacting customer service to see if they could provide an explanation as to why this cleanse made me physically sick and all they had to say was that they're sorry I wasn't happy. They offered no explanation or way of rectifying the situation. And with plenty of other options out there for cleanses, you would think they'd value customer loyalty and satisfaction, but clearly they do not.”
