“The juices themselves were great - not too sweet, really flavorful, and definitely made me feel better. But the use of plastic is why I would not use them again - a company that markets health benefits should be using packaging that benefits the planet, not creating yet more waste.”

Hi there! We understand your concerns and do apologize for any inconvenience. Unfortunately, the only way to preserve all the nutrients and flavor in our juices without using any chemical preservatives or HPP (high-pressure pasteurization, which essentially cooks the juices to give them a longer shelf life) is to flash freeze and ship them frozen. When a liquid is frozen, it expands, causing glass bottles to shatter, so we must use plastic bottles instead. We are always researching and exploring more sustainable measures. “All the flavors were delicious, even flavors I’ve traditionally hated from other brands. However, I truly wish overall the sugar content was lower for all drinks. 28+ grams in a 12oz bottle is just too much.”

Hi there! 100% of our sugar is naturally occurring from the raw fruit and vegetable juices, nuts, seeds, and spices. We never use added or refined sweeteners. “I juiced for 7 days, I did eat a small bowl of clean protein because I do heavy lifting. But I did lose about 6 pounds after juicing. two out od the 6 bottles were so nasty lol. I really had to force myself to drink the vanilla greens and protein greens bottles. It just didn't sit right with me. I definitely got cranky only drinking juice and not eating as much as a was use to so i would be prepared for that and everyone around you should be cautious.”

“My first 5 day drink detox/cleanse ever. From all the reviews I thought this would be good tasting (not so much) Positives: I wasn’t hungry (snacked on few raw veggies). My skin looked amazing after the 5 days. And I lost 7lbs. Negatives: juices can be tough to get down. more sugar than I am used to eating even though it’s natural sugar, so my joints & muscles hurt. No I wouldn’t do it again. It’s just not for me”

“A juice cleanse is never easy. The drinks were delivered quickly and it was organized well. They helped me drop weight and feel healthier. The only reason I gave it four stars is because I did not care for the taste of the drinks.”

“Overall I thought this was a good experience, and I think I will try to do it seasonally as a reset. I don't know how people aren't hungry on this cleanse (Low sugar, protein). I was very hungry by late afternoon the first day and then the rest of the 3 day cleanse. It is definitely a challenge. The juices all tasted good, but I didn't like the peanut flavor. (My husband liked it).”

“I love the product but my last two shipments have taken 3 business days to arrive instead of 2. So trying to time out when I need to place my order so that I receive it before I'm ready to start my cleanse becomes challenging. I wish there were an overnight delivery option and that weekend deliveries were an option. Thanks.”

Hi Shannon, please keep in mind that depending on what you order and where you are located, if we do not have enough time to get the order to you before the weekend, it will ship on the following Monday. If you order on a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday before 1:15 PM EST, your order will ship the same day and be delivered within a 2-day transit time.

“It’s a little difficult to thaw, then drink right away, but I understand it is perishable. Tastes good, and I lost 3 pounds, mostly because it’s low calorie. Im sure the nutrients were plentiful, and I felt great on 3rd day. Im thinking I’ll buy the ingredients myself, and actually EAT, as opposed to drinking.”

Hi there! We apologize your experience was not what you had hoped for. A lot of times if your refrigerator is too cold and the bottles go in as a solid block of ice, they can take too long to thaw. If you notice this problem, a great way to thaw the bottles is to leave them on the counter for an hour or until halfway thawed (do not exceed 1 hour outside of refrigeration) and then transfer them to the refrigerator overnight. Try not to put the bottles right next to each other, as this will make the time to thaw quite a bit longer. 😊
