“Love the product except not crazy about the taste of Morning Celery. All shipments have arrived partially frozen. I lost 3 pounds in first 2 weeks and I am not in small person. I am going to give it a few months. I appreciate the convenience of grabbing a bottle for breakfast and lunch.”

“So far i have had a very good experience with raw generation. The only con is the last shipment was ordered on a Friday and it didn't ship till Monday then i didn't get it till Wednesday.”

Hi there! Thank you for your feedback! All orders are shipped Monday - Friday. If you order later in the week and there are not enough days in transit to allow for the package to arrive by Friday (commercial address) or Saturday (home delivery), your order will be held for shipment until the following week. Unfortunately, since we are dealing with a frozen, perishable product we must adhere to a strict shipping schedule. To avoid any issues in the future, please be sure to place orders before 1:30 PM EST on Wednesdays to receive by the end of the week. Thanks!

“At 76 the skinny is too drastic for 3 days for me. Flavors are delicious but discovered I needed a smoothie or two during process. Finally added cucumbers and carrots but felt very weak by 3rd day. Will continue once a month but will add 2 smoothies daily.”

“The juices themselves were great - not too sweet, really flavorful, and definitely made me feel better. But the use of plastic is why I would not use them again - a company that markets health benefits should be using packaging that benefits the planet, not creating yet more waste.”

Hi there! We understand your concerns and do apologize for any inconvenience. Unfortunately, the only way to preserve all the nutrients and flavor in our juices without using any chemical preservatives or HPP (high-pressure pasteurization, which essentially cooks the juices to give them a longer shelf life) is to flash freeze and ship them frozen. When a liquid is frozen, it expands, causing glass bottles to shatter, so we must use plastic bottles instead. We are always researching and exploring more sustainable measures. “I juiced for 7 days, I did eat a small bowl of clean protein because I do heavy lifting. But I did lose about 6 pounds after juicing. two out od the 6 bottles were so nasty lol. I really had to force myself to drink the vanilla greens and protein greens bottles. It just didn't sit right with me. I definitely got cranky only drinking juice and not eating as much as a was use to so i would be prepared for that and everyone around you should be cautious.”

“My first 5 day drink detox/cleanse ever. From all the reviews I thought this would be good tasting (not so much) Positives: I wasn’t hungry (snacked on few raw veggies). My skin looked amazing after the 5 days. And I lost 7lbs. Negatives: juices can be tough to get down. more sugar than I am used to eating even though it’s natural sugar, so my joints & muscles hurt. No I wouldn’t do it again. It’s just not for me”

“Overall I thought this was a good experience, and I think I will try to do it seasonally as a reset. I don't know how people aren't hungry on this cleanse (Low sugar, protein). I was very hungry by late afternoon the first day and then the rest of the 3 day cleanse. It is definitely a challenge. The juices all tasted good, but I didn't like the peanut flavor. (My husband liked it).”

“I love the product but my last two shipments have taken 3 business days to arrive instead of 2. So trying to time out when I need to place my order so that I receive it before I'm ready to start my cleanse becomes challenging.
