“Very indifferent to this product. It tasted absolutely terrible. My spouse who can eat/drink anything had a hard time. The taste made this product borderline undrinkable. The desired result was achieved, hence the three star review. We will not purchase this cleanse again. By the 2nd day, my brain was playing tricks on me telling me I wasn’t hungry because it didn’t want to taste this anymore. The thought of drinking another would make me nauseous. But again, desired results were achieved, and my expectations for good taste may have been too high. It was green juice after all! If you LOVE celery, you’ll be fine.”

“I usually juice my own vegetables but gave RAW generation a try and am so glad I did. Delicious and convenient to grab and go. Arrived frozen and packaged well. Had a question with delivery and received a call back immediately. Definitely recommend!”

Hi there, we apologize your experience was not what you had hoped for. A lot of times if your refrigerator is too cold and the bottles go in as a solid block of ice, they can take too long to thaw. If you notice this problem, a great way to thaw the bottles is to leave them on the counter for an hour or until halfway thawed (do not exceed 1 hour outside of refrigeration) and then transfer to the refrigerator overnight. Try not to put the bottles right next to each other, as this will make the time to thaw quite a bit longer. 😊 Please contact me directly at Amanda@rawgeneration.com to discuss your order and a way we can make your experience a better one!

“I have been using the juice and adding raw vegetables and fruits for his nightly juice supplement. Since he can't have apple juice, I have only two choices of juice I can use for him. Since a "package" has more than these two juices, I need to order them individually which is pretty expensive. I would like to put together a package of only the two juices at a reduced price for quantity.”

“I love the product but my last two shipments have taken 3 business days to arrive instead of 2. So trying to time out when I need to place my order so that I receive it before I'm ready to start my cleanse becomes challenging. I wish there were an overnight delivery option and that weekend deliveries were an option. Thanks.”

Hi Shannon, please keep in mind that depending on what you order and where you are located, if we do not have enough time to get the order to you before the weekend, it will ship on the following Monday. If you order on a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday before 1:15 PM EST, your order will ship the same day and be delivered within a 2-day transit time.

“My favorite juice delivery service, I have tried every one out there!! I love the taste and I love the frozen packaging and delivery. “This is the second time I ordered this cleanse. I first did it about a year ago and the drinks were tasty and actually helped me lose a few pounds. I ordered it again and unfortunately I broke out in hives and blisters. The juices tasted fresh but I must have had an allergic reaction to something that was in the drink. Couldn’t finish my cleanse after the first day. Waste of money for me.”
