“I only drank the juices for the three day cleanse. The first day I did get hungry but got past it. Three of the drinks were ok but the others were not great and even after just a few minutes they would settle to the bottom like sludge. I would recommend trying some new flavors and make sure they are even per day. I got more of the one I didn’t like. As far as a jump start on getting or off snacking, this was great. It made me realize how much I was doing and able to start on a better diet plan.”

“I am not a vegetable fan but these juices are not terrible or gag-inducing. It is hard to not eat meat and dairy for 7 days but I do feel less bloated and my skin looks nice. The price is very high and is too much to do regularly.”

“This was the first time I have used the protein cleanse and I LOVED it! I did not feel hungry, all the juices were delicious (huge fan of the cacoa hemp!), and I had enough energy to do my workouts. Would definitely do this one again!”

“I have used these juices now for two big surgeries, the most recent being a double mastectomy last week. I start the juices (at least two a day) a couple of days before surgery and continue after. I feel certain that the nutrition I get from these has added untold benefits to my healing process. They are an easy, tasty, cost effective way to keep your energy level high and healing quick.”

“Juices were easy to drink and pretty tasty. Have tried other cleanses where the drinks are so bitter it's hard to get down. Makes it easier to get through 3 days without eating. Second time doing this one, whatever I lose during these I normally gain half back once I start eating normally (and healthy, so half of it is water weight), but you still feel good when it's done. Would recommend for anyone on the fence. Drinking flavored herbal teas and black coffee also helps get you through.”

“The juices were so frozen it took several days to dethaw and had to leave them all out day of to thaw them enough to drink and even then they were ice chips. Didn’t lose more than 2 pounds so nowhere close to the 5-8 pounds advertised. Waste of money.”

Hi there, we apologize your experience was not what you had hoped for. A lot of times if your refrigerator is too cold and the bottles go in as a solid block of ice, they can take too long to thaw. If you notice this problem, a great way to thaw the bottles is to leave them on the counter for an hour or until halfway thawed (do not exceed 1 hour outside of refrigeration) and then transfer to the refrigerator overnight. Try not to put the bottles right next to each other, as this will make the time to thaw quite a bit longer. 😊 Please contact me directly at Amanda@rawgeneration.com to discuss your order and a way we can make your experience a better one!
