“I was selected for a test group to assess the new Half-Day Juice Cleanse, and highly recommend that Raw Generation make it available to everyone. It was developed in a thoughtful way, with nutrition top-of-mind. The excellent recipes it provided, along with the supplied veggie burger patties, were so good, that they're going into regular rotation in our meal planning. This is a highly manageable cleanse with the usual high-quality RG juices, that I'm sure others will benefit from this week of mindful eating/juicing. For me, one of the most important goals was to develop a disciplined mindset when it came to eating and juicing, and I was able to accomplish that easily. The cleanse could be a great jumpstart for people just beginning their RG journey; it's an excellent product that I hope becomes a company staple. (Note: I received this product as part of a free trial, and was not compensated for writing this review.)”

“The half day cleanse was exactly what I needed to get past my plateau and start losing weight again. It gave me the energy I needed, kept me full throughout the day and the variety was perfect so that I never got sick of the juices and looked forward to which one came next! The biggest difference I noticed was it helped my brain fog and I had such a clearer head during the 5 day cleanse. I enjoyed the patties and how versatile they were, the recipes included were a great way to change things up all day.”

“Excellent product and so glad I did the Protein Cleanse followed up by the Stay Skinny. Absolutely loved the results. That said, even with the discount it’s just too expensive to do again or order on a recurring basis. Sadly, it’s just not in my budget.”

“I ordered the lower sugar 3 day cleanse. I felt like it was still sweet. I had to eat by dinner time. I was very weak. I only drank 4 of the 6 juices on day 1. The rest are still in my freezer. I don’t think it is sustainable for 3 days.”

Hi there! If done properly, the preparation before a cleanse makes it much easier to get down all the juices you need in a day without feeling the need to eat food. If all 6 juices are consumed in a day it is very sustainable and has proved to be incredibly effective. The key to a successful cleanse is preparation! “The juices did not taste all that great and I did not lose any weight as they are loaded with sugar. I have been on Weight Watchers for a little over a month and lost 10 pounds, walk about 3-6 miles a day, and needed something to help with the plateau. I tried this and it was awful. Maybe if you are first starting out on being healthy or doing something new this is for you, but if your body is used to not much sugar or carbs, do not try this.”

“I have purchased the 3 day juice cleanse, 5 day and the protein drinks and I love it!!! They taste great !!! I do think the cleanse with the protein drinks are more filling. Using just the cleanse I found myself here and there eating some raw nuts just to keep me full. The only downside is the price. Even with a 20% coupon it can be pricey which is why I haven’t been able to purchase more often. Otherwise I most definitely would order more often”
