“Easy to use website and prompt delivery. The presentation of the gift is excellent. Only problem is that they sent two identical packs! After a moments panic thinking I’d ordered twice by mistake I realised they had identical numbered vouchers.”

“My husband and I received one for Christmas last year and were really pleased with the experience, staff at the hotel we chose were really helpful as the allocated room was not good, they changed it right away to a much nicer room, which was fantastic. I have bought one this year for my daughter and her husband, it arrived in the red packaging which makes it look special.”

“A lovely idea, and our Manager loved it. The presentation case made it special. My only negative is that the message and gift amount should be twice the size, I nearly called to complain that there was no message, and our manager asked me who had given it to her. So much bigger please!!”
