“Placed an order, received confirmation and was advised I'd receive confirmation when despatched. 5 days later no notification received still and emailed to find out when it would be despatched as it was a birthday gift, not had any response to my email. Not impressed, no idea if it has been sent or not!”

“I bought this for our daughter and she’s pleased with the gift but we found it impossible to navigate a way to email her the gift! No answer on the phone when we tried to get help. In the end I forwarded my email confirmation to her.It was frustrating”

“I was stuck for a present for someone, went on to Red Letter Days website and within a short time the present was ordered. I thought the price was good, I paid for next day delivery due to the short timescale but would probably not do that the next time I order. A great service and my friend absolutely loved the present!”
