“One of the e-vouchers completely failed to arrive, and I had to email and phone twice, and faff about for about three days before I could get a refund. Far too much hassle.”

“Clear website and prompt delivery. However, I purchased aThames Rockets powerboating taster and meal and cocktail for 2 at Marco Pierre White's steakhouse. Perfect - unfortunately the gift pack voucher says "34 percent off ..." I phoned customer services who said that was just how the voucher was printed and did include the boat and free meal and cocktail. Very disappointing, have had to print off e.voucher which is correct and hope that all OK when gift is redeemed.”
