“I was impressed with the wide choice of events and also the special ,keen pricing! I purchased five products for some very difficult Xmas gifts including a Secret Santa - ( Comedy Club Pass) Ho Ho Ho. Efficient ,quick service delivered promptly and very impressive in their red boxes - although the envelope is more than smart enough. I'm delighted - thank you Red Letter Days team you made me happy and I'm sure the recipients will be too - if not they can swap! Fabulous!”

“I booked a spa day with treatments for my husband's birthday in October i phoned on many occasions waited very long times to get through to Weybridge.They said they had no spaces available at all this year and had told red letter days that they should of not promoted any more spa days for weybridge as they were so busy. i am now waiting till next year but last time i rang them they said they couldnt put up their next year calendar up so couldnt book..so i feel frustrated and feel dissatisfied”

“Brought a red letter day had no confirmation e-mail so got in touch with them myself to be told we were a bit busy at it will be sent only to then be refunded and not told. Phoned customer service to be told that they have had issues and use our sister company if I still want the gift with no explanation. Did go elsewhere to virgin experience days. Will never use again.”

“Love Red Letter Days for the ideas to cover children and grandchildren. Chose visit to Diggerland for daughter, husband and grandson, they have been before on a Red Letter deal and loved it so much I asked if they would like to go again. Answer Yes. Then great offer came through from Red Letter so took advantage. Great service. Email with e tickets just to put your mind at rest that everything has gone through ok and then quickly followed with hard copies in red envelopes to give as Christmas gifts to family. Shall keep browsing for other Christmas ideas.”

“I bought the Junior Jaguar driving experience for my son last weekend. After waiting a short while I received the voucher to book onto the experience. I phoned the following day to book my son’s place and the phone operative told me that that particular experience had been discontinued and that I needed to phone back in a weeks time to book something else. The alternative offered was not comparable in any way (half hour drive not 90 mins and 4x4 off road car not a luxury sports car). I am SO disappointed, the company took £110 off me knowing they could NOT provide the event requested. This seems like sharp practice to me! Sharon”

“The email with all information sent on completion of the order, is very reassuring to get, especially when you have spent so much money. I liked the product so much I ended up buying three experiences. The presentation box makes it look a like very smart and an expensive gift.”

“Voucher isn’t worth the amount that it claimed. When I came to book I found that the experience would have been significantly cheaper had I booked directly yet Red Letter Days made it look like the experience was on offer. Contacted customer services but they haven’t bothered to reply.”
