“The experience day purchased was a reasonable price, and exactly what I was looking for. I did have lots of problems in applying discount code I’d been sent & needed to contact their ‘help’ service. That said, things were corrected promptly, and the necessary part refund issued. Fingers crossed the actual day is a success too.”

“I would give less stars if poss .. I bought a spa day voucher as a present last Christmas 2019 then we had lock down no spa open I understand phoned to change to something we could do ... well get back to you ...they didn't... phoned again there not honouring voucher .. a complete waste of money an empty present and open theft from a big company Do not use ever flush good money down toilet for same satisfaction”

“As previously getting a red letter day Christmas surprise off my wife a few years ago I thought I'd have a look at some of the experience day's. Me and my friend were looking for a go-carting day experience to do, there we go a great saving on red letter days for 2 for carting and at a cheap price too! Cheaper too if you sign up to the email... I booked it for £40 for 2 for 50laps.,the next day it arrived in the post as a nice surprise.”

“My experience was positive from start to finish. The site is easy to navigate . The payment was easy and secure. I was kept updated with confirmation emails. My gift vouchers arrived extremely quickly. I placed and paid for the order on the 16th of November and the gift vouchers arrived by Wednesday 18th of November. I was very impressed by how nicely the vouchers were presented in their own individual red gift envelopes. I would highly recommend Red letters days and I'm sure my friends and family are going to love their Christmas presents.”
