“They didn't! First time I've bought from you - an overnight stay with dinner for parents in law xmas present. I ticked gift wrapped but there was no place to say it was for xmas or delay delivery so I put on address label - open 25 Dec. Despite this, nothing on label when delivered - it was in a box but they nearly threw it away as it looked like marketing. When opened the message from us was v small writing. You need a tick box alongside gift wrapped to say this is a xmas gift and a delivery delay option.”

“Red Letter Days are a great idea and I have only used it once recently. It would be better if you could book the event through your system. It was quite awkward to have to contact the company myself and get a date sorted for what I choose and then try to get more information. It would be better if you could do this through your system. Still a good idea though.”
