“Very pleased with prompt delivery of the Red Letters I ordered for surprise 40th birthday gifts for my daughter. However, I would have liked more info on the card, about the experiences I had chosen. A picture of the domes, where the cream tea is served, rather than just the tea & a description of the ArcelorMittal. I know all this can discovered afterwards on the internet, but I think this would improve the instant pleasure on opening the envelopes!”

“Ordered a hamper for a gift. It was delivered on day I requested. Friend was very happy with it. I think it was good value but delivery price a bit expensive especially on Saturdays.”

“Customer service was absolutely brilliant. My E-Voucher was sent a couple of times but I never received it, so Jackie promptly arranged for it to be sent in the post instead, at no extra cost. She was really helpful and accommodating.”

“I paid extra for it to be delivered on a certain day I had confirmation of that date for delivery and I waited in all day for it not to turn up! The day after I received tracking information that it was to be delivered by Royal Mail and it turned up by fedex! Really not happy! And for the price it was tiny and absolutely not worth the money or the delivery service”

“The voucher didn't cover the cost of the meal it said it would. There was no small print to indicate this would happen, and they refused a refund or to cover the difference on the basis that if I chose something that I didn't want it would cover the price of it. If they had said the voucher will only cover the amount at the vendor that you paid for the voucher I wouldn't have bought it.”
