“Bought this as a gift and disappointed with the personalised message, the example showed it to be clear and almost like you'd expect to see when you open a birthday card, unfortunately it was very small and crammed into a page full of other information, I may have to use a highlighter so that it can be seen”

“The Black Friday discount code I was offered did not apply to the Gift vouchers I was buying. No indication that this would not apply to vouchers despite the code apparently being accepted. Could not find any small print. Paid full price at checkout. I was not surprised as 25% off seemed a little too good to be true. However, the vouchers arrived very promptly and were discreetly packaged. Unable to advise on the experience - it is a gift for someone which has not yet been used.”
