“Pros: heats area near/around fireplace as expected. Looks nice. Cons: kind of expensive. Some features in the manual like the light is not present on my fireplace??? Other: After shutting off, it would be nice for the fan to continue to run so all the excess heat can continue to be dispursed into the room. This could be an option but instead of just shutting it off; you could utilize all the heat still contained in the fireplace. The fan can shut off automatically when the firebox reaches a certain lower temperature.”

“Once you get the starting process down it is easy to start and maintain a fire. Puts out a lot of heat and still has coals in the morning to restart. Looks great in my new addition”

“I have had this unit for about 10 years now and I have zero problems with it. I just have to replace batteries in the remote and the unit on a regular basis but it works perfectly.”

“Honestly, it is smaller than I would like. BUT--the installers did a very good job. The owner came out to our house, measured for the job. Then he came out again when there was a minor problem of the door handle coming off. He was here within an hour or so and fixed it!”

“We love the looks of it and the quietness of the blower and the heat it puts out. if there is anything we would change it is that, when they put replacement tubes in the ceiling of the unit, they are just made to lay into the top. They keep falling out. It would seem there would be a better way to keep them in.”
