We now own two Regency fireplaces. We would never purchase another brand. Their quality product and customer service is second to none! Thanks Regency for keeping us warm and cozy!

A year ago I had to replace my old fireplace which was condemned due to tendency of exploiting. I visited Myfire place and was very pleased with the information I received. I decided right there and then to choose one of their fire place. I choose Hampton made by Regency and could not be happier, but I think Indra my cat enjoy it more because she sits, sleep and lay on it watching the birds and squirrels outside, she also sleep in her bed in front of it. I just had its maintenance done after a year and I am very pleased. Carolyn

We love our wood stove insert. The entire family, including the puppy, love to lay in front of the fire. The heat is incredible as is the warm and cozy feeling we get whenever a fire is burning. The stove is so easy to use that we light a fire almost daily once the weather gets cold.

I love my Regency P36 fireplace, it’s the second Regency fireplace I have bought. My first was a U39 which complemented the home that it was installed into and my P36 is my second one which has just been installed in my new home to replace a very old gas fire. It looks beautiful, really cozy and a realistic flame to match. The remote temperature control with the ability to select flame size and fan speed is wonderful and even more so the “smart” function which maintains the temperature accurately in the room. My neighbours are really impressed at the improvement this fire has made to my coziness and are considering a similar improvement themselves. I would have no hesitation in purchasing again if I found myself in that position and would also heartily recommend to others.

I love our Regency Fireplace, especially the remote function and how quickly it warms the room. Not to mention how good it looks.

Love our pellet stove puts out good heat and is very quiet and compact. Hopper holds a lot for being a smaller stove. Doesn’t burn threw pellets like some of our other stoves we’ve had. Glad we chose Regency instead of the other competitors. Don’t think twice about going threw this company.

We love our new Regency Gas fireplace. We have the Bellavista B36XTE and love the log set up and appealing flame dancing. The fireplace kicks out a warm and soothing heat that envelopes the room and those surrounding. Absolutely the best part of our new renovated living room.

We have a CI2700 and for the most part it burns great. It outputs great heat and will heat the downstairs of our colonial to over 70F when it's 30F outside. It takes some learning to get the damper and choke working together properly but once you get the hang of it (maybe takes the year of purchase), you'll be heating your house well. The cat does burn up fairly quickly so I would recommend becoming familiar with the components in the burner and how to remove them. After a hear my cat had cracks and burn through on several channels. I am going to utilized the warranty at the end of this year which is nice. I also had to replace the door seal and will probably have to every year which is recommended to make sure you get a good burn. Also, the door latch has some issues but is again under warranty so I'm glad I can get a replacement. All in all, its a good stove with a modern design that the wife likes and nice features to control burn and reduce emissions which I like as well.

So far we are very satisfied with all the aspects of the fireplace. Love the remote that keeps the family room at the same temp all the time when on.

I spent $5K on the i2700. It is beautiful, well built and super difficult to get any draw. This unit is for someone who is heating their house using wood NOT someone who wants a cozy quick fire in the evening. More than 50% of the time my house is filled with smoke. The unit doesn’t completely seal, so instead of smoldering smoke going up the chimney it comes into my house. It is not just me being inept, the techs at my Dealer couldn’t get it lit, nor could other friends with inserts. Only the owner who has one was able to get it lit. And because its not “defective” there is no recourse although I’ve complained since day 1. Total waste of my money. Tried talking to Regency Customer Service and they “don’t deal with the public.”

Septembre 17,2020,I purchased a REGENCY ULTIMATE U39 propane gas stove from AU COIN DU FEU in Rimouski Quebec. The sales representative, installers, and service is excellent. It is unbelievable how well and fast this propane gas stove heats my home. I would very highly recommend purchasing a REGENCY PROPANE GAS STOVE to anyone. This is the best investment I ever made.

The fan, for as loud as it is, doesn’t really circulate the area. Our little tiny living space right in front of the stove gets warm, but that’s it. It’s nice when I sit in front if it to watch TV for warmth, but a $50 space heater would have done the same job. As much as we invested in the product, I wish it actually warmed the home. The other issue is how finicky it is. Sometimes the auger will spit out too much pellets and then the stove won’t light. So you have to stop it, empty the burn pot and restart. Not worth the money.

Our fireplace insert is a welcome addition to our home. Heats a big house pretty well. We've had two negative issues. One was a terrible whistling noise, which we solved by putting foil tape over an airhole and repunching with a pencil (you can search online for this known issue). The other is the poorly designed blower fan. It rattles badly and works its way off the inadequate attachment system, falling on the floor periodically. the thermostat button also emits a high pitched rattle which we've fixed with foil tape on the edges. Still a constant battle with the bigger rattle on the days we need to use the fan.

We installed a Regency F2400 Classic as supplemental heat for our 1,400 square foot cottage in 2005. We use the cottage year round, this unit will heat the entire cottage even on the coldest days. We season our firewood in an open ended wood shed for two years prior to use. A great product, we love it!

Customer service is non-existent. Purchase a fireplace gas insert a few years ago, paid in excess of $3K and within the first year the fan died, and the pilot does not stay lit. I have used the insert on occasion by lighting the pilot, allowing it time to warm up. Then turning the knob on to lite the fireplace. It lites and promptly shuts off. Sometimes it takes two, three, four times to lite the insert where it stays on. Very frustrating. Moreover, the insert uses batteries that routinely fail after a month or two. Save you money, buy something other than a Regency.

I bought a regency stove after having a Pacific Energy for over 25 years. What a mistake! I should have stayed with what worked. The Regency door won’t stay closed, handle gets so hot you can’t use it without a welding glove. I have emailed & phoned multiple times over 18 months with no return call or email response. It sucks!
