“We love our Regency fireplace! Our home was built over 50 years ago, and the “physics” of our wood burning fireplace is less than perfect. We were meticulous with maintenance, but none the less we experienced puff backs and air quality issues. As a result, we rarely used the fireplace. The installation of our Regency fireplace solved all of our problems. The installation was simple. The look is elegant. The convenance of just pushing a button and instantly have a warm and aesthetically pleasing fire is amazing! We use the fireplace almost daily through the cold months. It has reduced our general heating (oil) costs as well. It’s also cheaper than wood and without the mess or trips into the yard in cold weather. One of (if not the absolute) the best home improvements we ever made!”

“I have purchase two Regency U39 stoves over the past few years for different homes. They look and feel just like a wood stove but without the mess and smell. The provide reliable warmth in the spaces I have them in and are always a focal point in the cold fall and winter months in Upstate NY.”

“We get bad winter weather here in Buffalo, NY and sometimes lose power but with the Regency Fireplace Insert I don't have to worry about lack of heat, works with or without power and is much more efficient than a fireplace. Thing is a beast, one of the best upgrades to my house. Highly recommend getting one if you're not sure, pays for itself.”

“The best home improvement decision I made was installing my Regency fireplace. Last year my family was cold in our house due to expensive heating bill. Today we are warm and cozy and the cost is minimal. Installing my Regency fireplace has proven to be financially beneficial and has transformed my house into a home. “We had one regency freestanding fireplace that basically heats our living area so when the one in the front of our home gave out it was a no brainer to replace It with a regency. The installers were great and now all we need to heat our 1200sq ft is our regencies. Even our hot blooded chi chi is satisfied!”

“Easy install, easy to use remote, simple and elegant design. Keeps us warm in the winter. Only issues is that the fan can be noisy at times if internal vibrations start making parts rattle.”

“My Regency free standing U38 Ultimate gas stove has been problem free and heats my rooms, great on the low setting saving fuel thus saving me money, I like the fact the pilot light goes out when the unit reaches its setting on the remote control saving fuel even more. I’m looking into getting another one installed for my other house also..”

“We had a Regency Wood Burning Stove for the past 20 years and when we went to replace, decided on a Regency Gas Stove. So happy we made the change ! We love our new stove and haven't had to turn the house heat on yet !!! So easy to click a button first thing in the morning and have instant heat. No more ordering wood and hauling up the steps !!! We are extremely happy with our purchase.”

“Love my new fireplace. I had it custom installed behind the face stone by Hearthmasters in Independence, MO and they did great work. I love the extra heat it adds to the house in these cold winter months. We love wood fires, but the old open fireplace actully made the house colder. No more now thanks to the stove.”
