“We love and are proud of our new Regency stove. It is a great decor addition to the ambience of our living room. It provides us with not only the look of a real wood fire, but also with even heat. The easiness of the use of the remote is a welcome feature of this appliance. Our dealer, Wardell's of Hagersville, Ontario, was very accommodating during the installation and is continually supportive of our learning curve. Thank you for such a great product.”

“Thermocouple went bad before 2 years and now remote sensor in fireplace has stopped working after warranty period. I can't turn on fireplace with remote or use thermometer to adjust heat. We live in Alabama so this fireplace only gets maybe 3 months a year use. Pretty sorry that it has already broken twice with such limited use.”

“its has been a nightmare for us, paid a ton of money, the store did what they could I had a super heating guy install(licenced), all toll after a total of 16 hours and many visits this stove will not work, trust me the C34 gas stove is a piece of junk, save your money and your sanity, stay away.”

“Had fireplace for a yr. was given instructions that are not readable Brad makes app. For someone to come and either cancels or ignores. Haven’t been able to used for the whole year installed sept. 6/19 please help !!!!!”

“My fireplace will not stay on. It hardly works for more than 2 minutes. Your customer care emails back with suggestions that have not resolved my issues and closed my case (ticket 10007) without it being resolved - no name was stated by the person who responded. It’s embarrassing to not be able to sit by the fireplace even once in nearly a year of owning it. If I knew your warranty support was Only Email based by a nameless Employee I would have never bought your product. Your customer care you pride your business on doesn’t care about me as a customer.”

“I am happy with my Ci2700. Warmed by the fire as I write this and reflect on how my family loves having a fire to gather round in the winter. It also keeps the main floor of our house much warmer, reducing the furnace cycles on cold days and eliminating them altogether on moderate winter days. The wide firebox and door make it easy to load. I like the ability to bypass the catalytic for starting and loading. Two little but nice to have improvements. The blower needs more than two speeds; A continuous adjustment would be great. The blower could be quieter. Two defects: There should be a collar bead or bushing between the slide and the front cover for the bypass handle. There should be feet on the front leveling bolts to keep them from sinking into the soft fire bricks in the bottom of the fireplace. It would be great if you had an engineer contact me through the dealer where I purchased the fireplace. Or they could just email me and arrange a phone call. Thank you. It could result in improved review.”

“Glass on stove does not stay clear. With damper on stove wide open the glass still gets gray haze. Put damper in halfway and glass gets black. Wood is three years old and covered. I’ve given up on cleaning glass.”

“I love my new wood stove. It is very efficient. it looks so much better than my old stove. I burn less wood and the house heats up faster. Now, with the glass door, i have the ambience of a fireplace with the efficiency of a wood burning stove. Thank you Regency. Thank you Earthlab.”

“The Regency i2400 is Great, Ive owned many wood stoves and this is my favorite. I see they have improved the newer model with Glass protector so I updated mine, Newer ones have better air wash system and more improvements. Still Love mine ! Keep up the Great work ! Regency is number one !”

“we love this insert. its the best $ we've spend on our home in 15 years. (and we remodeled our kitchen-ha!) Powerful, efficient, eco friendly, cosy. family wants to all together by the fire in the winter instead of holed up in their rooms on devices. . the guys at superior stone know what they are doing and this is a high quality machine. highly recommended”

“I do like the insert however, I’m somewhat disappointed with the lack of circulation from the blower in the unit. I was hopeful that the blower would circulate the warm air and help make the living room more cozy. It gets hot right in front of the fire place but there isn’t much temperature change 10ft away. The room is not oversized and does not get warm and toasty. I guess I was hoping for something more, and truly expected more for the money that was put into this project.”
